Model: Legion 5 Pro 16ARH7H Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82RG

**Issue: **The laptop's performance is very poor, almost as if it is fried and non-functional. Games perform extremely badly, which is unbelievable given the price of the laptop. I had a similar issue last year, and the motherboard was replaced. However, the problem has reoccurred. My warranty will end in 60 days, and I am concerned about facing the same issue again next year. I am currently in the process of talking with Lenovo support.

What have you tried already? Uninstalling NVIDIA Drivers with DDU and installing Lenovo recommended drivers from their website.

**When did it start producing the issue? **This year.

**Did you install new drivers or software? **No.

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue? Not possible, but I can tell you that with low settings and everything turned down in the game called Chained Together, my max FPS is 30 and lower with issues.

Is your DGPU even on?

Did you select Nvidia performance processor in your control panel for chained together

If I remember right it auto select integrated graphics for it

NOTICE:

2023, MAINBOARD was replaced, CPU< RAM< SSD< and that somehow fixed laptop, Electrical part was not functioning properly.

I am having same issue same exact laptop tried everything , still at 30% to 40% of what the preformance should be

Ya you had it serviced. They used poor paste that has pumped out. Repaste. Follow the guide.
