I just think almost hitting 100⁰C on a brand new laptop is too much

If it would be 90-94 for a 5 months old laptop i would be like okay but 99⁰C seems irreal

Spikes happens , you're also pulling 113w ,
And HX cpus runs at such temp .

Cuz its new and it costed a lot(for me a lot) and should I shouldnt I return it for this cause cuz it dying would be a huge financial loss
