My Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ARH7H (6800H, 3070M, 32GB) keeps crashing randomly since a few weeks. When it happens, it just turns off instantly (not shutting down) and boots up again. I don't have seen any triggers for the crashed. It just happens randomly. With or without load. It can run for a few days but it also can crash every 30min.

The internal system check does not find any problems. Offline Memtest runs without error. I cant find any logs after reboot.

What can I look for?

There is no BSOD. It just turns off and boots up again.

I get it that it happens under no load too but there may be a single component causing this

My core temps at idle with a few daily programs open is 41°C.

I installed a older version of the nvidia driver now and don't have a crash for now. But it can also happen again in a few days.

Have you checked your computer for virus?

#

Did you use an update driver? Did you update your bios?

Over my long weekend the machine crashed again. But it was the first crash since installing the older driver. I can't find any helpful logs.

The last entries in the event log before booting up today are from yesterday. Both errors referring to google update service, which seems uncorrelated to me. Didn't see this error before.
