Model : Legion pro 7 gen 8, 4080 RTX

Describe the issue:
I'm writing here because I'm experiencing some minor issues with my Legion 7, 8th generation laptop. I received it just 4 days ago and I've noticed some bugs. I'd like to hear the community's opinion on this matter.
Here's a list of the anomalies I've observed on my computer:

Sometimes, it takes longer to shut down than usual, sometimes up to 10 minutes, even when no applications are open. I've even encountered this issue when turning it on and off without performing any activity.

Sometimes after starting it, the option to select keyboard types (e.g., international, English, or others) no longer appears in the bottom bar of the screen.

Also sometimes after starting it, The search bar is unresponsive to the keyboard, although it works on other applications, and it glitches.

Some Fn + XX shortcuts (e.g., Fn + R to change Hertz) don't work, even though the keyboard responds correctly in other applications.

That's all, if you've encountered this issue, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts. A big thank you to everyone.

I've obviously contacted Lenovo support, but they can't replace the laptop because it's out of stock, and they're not very responsive in their responses to offer me a solution..., which is really disappointing given the price of the computer and the fact that it's brand new out of the box.

A big thank you to all of you for your future feedback.

What have you tried already?:
I've also performed the latest Lenovo update on website KWCN44W, but nothing has changed...)

When did it start producing the issue:
2 day after be out of the box

Did you install new drivers or software?:
The latest Lenovo update on website KWCN44W

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue:
Here is some ahah, thanks everyone !!

honestly, I would do a Windows reinstall right after receiving the laptop so I never had to deal with such issues

thank you very much for your response, it’s really cool!! Do you think the problem is with Windows? Could re-installing Windows using a USB key be the solution? It would really help me if I didn't have to replace my laptop, and it doesn't seem to be a hardware problem, is that what you think too? thank you very much to you guys!! I'm a bit new to computers and this kind of bug frustrates me a lot 😦 Thanks again to you guys!

Obviously you would need to write that ISO to a USB thumb drive to create the installer.
