When on games every couple of seconds the frame rate drops so low that it makes games unplayable

Your machine is overheating. Clean fans and exhaust vents and possibly repaste

yeah that was my thought but why would the cpu still be clocking between 3.5-4ghz and still not throttling

Your GPU is just sitting at throttle

I haven’t looked at the csv cause it’s a pain on mobile but your timespy test, GPU sat at throttle the whole time

gpu isnt reporting thermal throttling but power and current limit throttling on the csv

So this blue line is GPU temp? It’s throttling like the entire time.

And your cpu is riding throttle the entire time as well
