Trouble with my network adapter

Describe the issue: I get the code 10 error on my internet adapter and whenever i try fix it it changes to a code 43 error. When I fix that it turns into a code 43 error.
What have you tried already?: I have tried uninstalling and the scanning for hardware changes and restarting, i've tried disable and enabling it and i've tried to update it
When did it start producing the issue: An hour ago
Did you install new drivers or software?: Yes this is a new driver I have installed while trying to fix an earlier problem
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Unfortuantely no

Install WiFi driver from Lenovo support. What WiFi card do you have?

This link gives drivers for intel and Realtek. Look in task manager. It will say what WiFi card you have.

I pretty sure it is Wi-Fi 6 or the Intel WLAN driver from the website i sent - i'm not sure which one you're asking about

The link you sent has two different drivers. You have to figure out which brand of WiFi card you have to know which driver to install
