Try turning off the "Lenovo AI Engine". My 15ACH6H had some stutters, like it would slow down for 2 seconds. This fixed it

You could also test disable g-sync on nvidia settings to see does it affect or set game fps matching your screen refresh rate and see does that help

Disabled G-Sync and limited FPS to refresh rate on CS2, still having micro-stuttering

Also do u have adblock?

Nothing is open while gaming, stutters still occur. I do have Adblock but even with it off these issues were happening.

Downgraded to 537.58 drivers and I DDU’d the last one and so far still having micro stuttering issues. Youtube still having black flickering issues as well on silent mode.
