Model: Lenovo 5 15ARH05H

Describe the issue: I’ve been hanging troubles with my laptop. The only keyboard keys that works is the FN+spacebar for the lights and the F keys.

What have you tried already?: I have check to ensure I’m on the latest drivers via vantage and the Lenovo website and windows update. I have also tried EC reset and turning off fast boot on the power option. It sometimes works for a bit but but after restarting it went back to being broken

When did it start producing the issue: it’s been happening for a long time now. I believe when I started using it more like a second screen and using external keyboard

Did you install new drivers or software?: the bios is on the latest version and there are no new drivers

I did that already and restarted. No changes

Is the lenovo hotkeys app working?

Check if you have any external hardware or software that controls the keyboard

Try a clean windows install if you need to
