So I have a Lenovo Ideadpad Gaming 3 Laptop
Specs are:
AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS Cpu
16 GB DDR5 4800mhz Dual Channel Ram
RTX 4050 6GB GPU
512 GB NVME M.2 SSD

OS: Windows 11 Home 23H2

I've been having multiple BSOD's for the last 3 months now, I tried: (Not in order)

  • Uninstalling & reinstalling all the drivers.
  • Updating Windows and trying older versions of it.
  • Tested Memory & SSD but no errors showed up.
  • Swapping Ram slots.
  • Checked for malware using an antivirus and nothing showed up.
  • Updated my bios.
  • Tried using the community recommended drivers.
  • Tried using the latest Drivers.
  • Tried disabling virtualization.

But nothing ended up helping.

The usual BSOD I'm getting are:
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCPETION_NOT_HANDLED
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

The BSOD either occurs on start (sometimes multiple BSOD's show up on start) or at random when I'm browsing the internet or gaming or producing, just radom is all I can say it's not connected to overheating or overloading.

I checked the EventViewer and this is the report of the last error (which I guess caused the BSOD) I had (it occured while booting):

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x0000000000040008, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80029d4d198). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\Minidump\122123-10921-01.dmp. Report Id: dc6c17b5-e438-4596-8bf7-37aac342b657.

And there were couple warnings before/after this error all relating to a source called " LSA(LsaSrv) " except for one which had a source called " Wininit " (it happened before the error) and it said:

Credential Guard and/or VBS Key Isolation are configured but the secure kernel is not running; continuing without them.

Link for a Zip containing the two latest BSOD's I got: https://www.mediafire.com/file/6nh6tjvnp4w18pr/my_two_last_bsod_dumps.zip/file

If anyone has any idea on what I should do please help me, it's driving me crazy :<
