Model: Legion 7 16ACHg6, RTX 3070, Ryzen 7

Describe the issue: Games that I used to run on ultra have been lagging at medium settings, I ran a timespy benchmark and got a 3060, when I usually get 10k+

What have you tried already?: Updating NVIDIA drivers, restarting, turning on/off hybrid mode.

When did it start producing the issue: Around 1 month ago it started. no major changes to laptop.

Did you install new drivers or software?: Installed new GPU drivers but did not fix the issue.

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Can provide timespy details and pictures if needed, and share my results if someone tells me how.
