hey i'm trying to get help with a technical issue and wanted to ask here: my left shift key does not apply to the first key pressed. while holding it down it will capitalize like this: hHHHH. the key technically still works after the first subsequent key so it doesn't feel like a hardware issue. i have my keyboard in the mode where the lights radiate out from the key pressed, and while the shift key LED still works, it does not light up when pressed anymore. i've restarted and updated my keyboard drivers but it still doesn't work. any advice?
