Legion 5 Pro Blank Screen

Model: Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 16ARH7H

Describe the issue: Screen is blank on startup. Keyboard lights up but the caps lock and num lock lights do not. Fans work properly. Screen doesn’t seem to light up.

What have you tried already?: Tried doing blind bios procedures with no success. Soft EC cycled multiple times. Plugged into external monitor via HDMI and received no signal. Flashlight to screen.

When did it start producing the issue: Installed new nvidia drivers a week ago through nvidia instead of lenovo being the intelligent person I am and then left it unused till yesterday when I tried to turn it on.

Can you try the CMOS reset/Hard EC reset?

Reset the CMOS and battery. No change as far as I can tell.

Have you tried switching laptop on via safe mode?

Think force shutting the laptopb3 times gives you option to repair it

If the laptop works om safe mode roll bacl drivers via device manager

Were you in dGPU mode or hybrid mode when this happened?

I’m not sure. Probably whatever the default setting is because I never changed it as far as I know.

Try the blind bios procedure in #1020285176531669012 to go from dGPU mode to hybrid mode.

Alright the blind bios seems to have fixed it. I appreciate all the help!
