Hello,


Describe the issue:
A horizontal line randomly appeared on my Legion 5 Pro screen.

This line doesn’t seems to be dead pixels because this line reacts to colour changes . When i move my cursor over the line, it reacts and changes colors accordingly 

There are other topics on horizontal lines but the problem does not seem identical (I have only one line).

What have you tried already?:
-Check in the bios :same issue.
-réinstallation of video driver.
-OS reinstall.
-power off and hold the button during 60 seconds.
-Connect external monitor (no issue). 
-call Lenovo Support.

When did it start producing the issue: 
I was surfing on web and then all of a sudden noticed a horizontal line. 

Did you install new drivers or software?: 
No

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: yes

Other information :
My device is still under Lenovo warranty but they don't want to take it because they think there was a shock….
My PC does not move from the desk and I am 100% sure that there were no shocks.
Do you have an idea ? Could you please help me ?

Btw are in you in Hybrid or dGPU mode does it happen in either one of them?

The fact that it didn't go away with a OS reinstall might hint it's hardware related

I am in dGPU mode but I have the issue with hybrid mode too.

I will try again to check with the support then, even if they think that there is physical damage 😑
