#60W limit on my laptop

My GPU works maximum on 60 Watts tdp in every game. Perfomance mod (Fn+q) does not change anything, only add more fans noise. I can see 90 or 70 watts at the start of the game but after a second in stuck 60.
I have tried install drivers change power plan and I disable turbo bust on my CPU (it helped with temperature) but it does not work.

Try undervolting the card. Since I have the same card as you. I hav it on 775 point at 1650mhz. Saw someone else with the same problem and he couldn't get it fixed at all. Also 80 c on 60w of power doesn't seem right at all

Also you sure you aren't thermal throttling?

I think it is thermal throttling but how to understand that this is it? And yes I already undervolted the card

if it is thermal throttling, instead of trying to undervolt it, try to clean out the fans

Why's it Little thou I may ask? It's already better than stock and increasing the speed does net more performance but it's only so much and not worth the additional heat

I turn off the laptop, unplug the power cable, press the button and hold it for 1 minute, then press it and turn it on after 5 seconds

if dont correclty your power mode will be balanced and your keyboard will be rgb wave.

It's clean but what is this black spot in the middle (I'll probably remove the radiator tomorrow because... ptm7950 will only be delivered tomorrow)? Does anyone know if it's possible to remove just the fans?

minus 5°C which gave an increase of up to 65 watts. I'll probably remove the radiator tomorrow because ptm7950 will only be delivered tomorrow.

You won't believe it, but someone simply forgot to tighten the cooling system bolts (those with springs)
