Did you install new drivers or software?: No
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue:

You probably will need to repaste with PTM, guide and where to get in #1020285176531669012
I mean, I'm happy to do that, but I've been shipped a "repaired" product. I think I will return to Lenovo and say, 'wtf'.
or would you suggest I just do it as PTM is better quality?
Is PTM considered the best?
To further support this, air being blown out isn't warm, while the keyboard is notiable hot. There clearly is no heat transfer, or minimal transfer, taking place.
It's the best for Legion
You'll get a faster result repasting yourself than working with lenovo on thermal issue.
Unless you mananged to convince them to replace the Heatsink, which comes with new PTM on the heatsink itself.
I have time. I will contact them tomorrow first to replace it. I'll replace myself in worst case scenario, although I'm struggling to find that PTM in the UK for a reasonable price.
Thank you for your help.
Oh and finally @tender shale, what size PTM would you recommend for my L5P?
40x80 is recommended.
Cheers thank you.
I should have just ordered it @tender shale
