Model: 16QRX8 R7 7745HX / RTX 4060
Issue: title
Tried: using hybrid auto seemed to have calmed it doqn when playing games, but it started going wild again after closing it, changing resolution/hz/hdr/brightness did nothing
When did it start: when I switched to hybrid mode to try and fix another problem #1142520081025343578 which i think solved it but now I have to deal with this
Drivers/software?: lenovo vantage that i used to also update bios, nvidia DHL drivers 536.99

What do you have selected in Nvidia control panel display select settings?

Default is not an option

Automatic select, optimus, Nvidia GPU are the options.

So you should DDU your graphics drivers and reinstall recommended versions. Guides for this are in #1020285176531669012 . You hopefully just have funky installs. I would do both amd and Nvidia. One at a time. Read the guides.

i did that with 536.67 now and amd igpu drivers from https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-pro-5-16arx8/downloads/driver-list/component?name=Graphics Processing Units (GPU) and Server-AI Accelerators&id=635380F4-448F-4129-AA77-265289D96F6F

I’m not sure on that. I have looked. I have no advice outside of a fresh windows install.
