Model: Legion 5I pro 3070ti I7 12700h 16 ram
Describe the issue: I have an INVAlID serial number. Tried reinstalling the programm, tried reinstalling windows and etc, does not work.
What have you tried already?:
When did it start producing the issue: After reinstalling of my windows. Got my laptop, didn't want to have Win 11, installed win 10 and the software does not work. And yea, I've done everything properly. Tried updating all the drivers from the website, did not help.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Yes.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Yes.

As I've said. Using W11=MSFS crashing. And it's not an issue of my laptop, all of my friends have experienced the same on PCs, laptops and different GPUs and CPUs.

Properly set Performance on your machine

1.1. Plugged in
1.2. Performance mode (Fn+Q to red ring)
1.3. Balanced power plan (Windows default)
1.4. Set power mode (inside Power in Windows) to Best performance

Nvidia Driver + Nvidia Control Panel

2.1. GPU recommended drivers in https://discord.com/channels/761178912230473768/1044177430644019240
2.2. Do not install GeForce Experience
2.3. Set Image settings to Performance inside Nvidia Control Panel

Side notes

Clean the device regularly
Make sure it's not on a flat desk, use stand or a cooling pad (IETS, Klim or custom made)
For highest performance, while plugged in, use Hybrid off (dGPU only) mode + Conservation mode ON (to protect battery health)
Use Lenovo Legion Toolkit (⁠⁠https://discord.com/channels/761178912230473768/990345635075084298 / https://github.com/BartoszCichecki/LenovoLegionToolkit) instead of Vantage and to disable updates inside Vantage. LLT is easier on the PC, uses less RAM and CPU, has same fuctionalities as Vantage, LegionZone + more.

Undervolt is locked and the temps are usually not higher than 75 avg.

I don't even know how to explain it. I've tested different benchmarks and found the highest frequency my GPU had in those test. Tested in games either, but Idk how to explain how I've set the curves.

1- if you go to the lenovo support site, you can select autodetect, then it will ask to you to install lenovo bridge. Accept, and that may fix your problem.

2- post in the lenovo community forums. Also, install lenovo diagnostics evolution to see if your serial number shows there.
