.

Describe the issue: the picture that I shared it's the exact same issue that im facing when I plug in the wifi keeps disconnecting after time to time frequently and ingame keeps showing network problem and on battery it's perfectly fine and the network problem goes away.
What have you tried already?: Resetting the network settings, deleted drivers and reinstalled Manually
When did it start producing the issue: bought the laptop 3 days ago but I started to play games yesterday
Did you install new drivers or software?: it's new so update the Nvidia driver and bios as it was recommended
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: ```

Try this; go to device manager > network adapters >Intel (the one you showed earlier) > right click and go to properties>power management>untick the box that says "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"

Done that aswell

#

Even uninstalled it and then installed the driver from legions website

If that doesn't work try going to you power plan > change advanced power settings >wireless adapter settings >make sure it's maximum performance on battery and plugged in

primal obsidian
#

Okay

#

@cold needle

#

It's on maximum performance on plugged in

cold needle
#

change the one on battery too just in case

#

put both on max perf

primal obsidian
#

Okay

#

Done

cold needle
#

if that doesnt work, try the classic controlling of variables and try another wifi network and/or plugging your laptop into a a different socket

primal obsidian
#

Classic controlling?

#

What's that

#

I'll try on a diff network tomorrow

cold needle
#

nothing I mean it's sort of the classic thing to isolate what is causing the problem (i.e is it the socket or the wifi itself etc)

primal obsidian
#

Aight

#

Will try both

cold needle
#

did you try again after setting battery on max perf

primal obsidian
#

Lemme check

cold needle
#

give that a try and move from there

primal obsidian
#

?

cold needle
#

you are not alone in this issue though so that's a positive

primal obsidian
#

Bro it's showing network problem now even on battery

#

I should reverrt that setting

#

Or I'll just try a different network tomorrow

#

And see what happens

#

@cold needle

cold needle
#

wait

#

if it's now on battery

#

try the reverse

#

put both plugged in and battery in medium power saving

primal obsidian
#

I shut down my leggy

#

:

cold needle
#

because thats how it was set b4 and you said battery worked before

#

just before you switch networks try this out

primal obsidian
#

Yeah on battery it didn't show

#

Yes will do

#

This such a hard case doe

#

I might be wrong or idk but this most like looks the case

#

Cuz I remb downloading warzone on battery and the wifi didn't get disconnected otherwise the download would be stuck

#

I'll try on a diff socket aswell

primal obsidian
#

@cold needle tried it didn't work

What's your wifi card? Some are know to be faulty. Mine also sometimes drops connection even thou my phone's hotspot is right near me. A friend of mine has Asus and his wifi keeps disappearing while the laptop is on. Only gets back when he restarts or reinstalls drivers. Maybe try reseating the card?

primal obsidian
#

Intel wifi card @rugged mason

#

I reinstalled the drivers

rugged mason
#

Ax 201 is a faulty card. That's what my friend had.

#

Try unplugging and plugging the wifi card back in and see if it helps

primal obsidian
#

Its Ax 211 @rugged mason

#

Not 01

rugged mason
#

Looks like a wide spread issue with these cards

#

Try this

#

Scroll to bottom and copy what the guy did in the links he provided

primal obsidian
#

I did that

rugged mason
#

Rip

#

Call Lenovo

I'll get a new router 5g which will improve ig cuz i tested at my friends place and it didn't disconnect once

rugged mason
#

Try reducing the frequency till u get the new router

#

Or connect via phone hotspot
