Describe the issue: Sometimes, when starting in dgpu mode or switching from hybrid to dgpu mode. my laptop will get in a state where no apps launch. Pressing the power button only turns the screen off and sleep does not work, restart options don't work either. The only way to get out of this weird state is to force a reboot.
What have you tried already?: Clean install windows, searching for errors inside windows (there were none).
When did it start producing the issue: A few months ago.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Yeah since then i've clean installed windows etc but it still happens for some reason.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Th.e next time it happens I will try to record it.

I have no idea I know it sounds vague but one day it just started happening

I thought it was the tweaks i did but ive reinstalled windows since then and it still happens

But it doesnt seem to be happening right away as sometimes i am able to open 1-2 apps

then it doesnt let me open any

Don't think so it updated the day i first got my laptop

But switching from igpu to dgpu seems to reproduce this somewhat consistenly

other than that I can't really find any patterns

Since for some reason the igpu doesn't fully shut down

You can also request help via Microsoft.
It's something like "Request help"

And then you can chat with an IT guy that will probably give you instructions on your problem
