Model: 16ACH6H LEGION 5 PRO RTX 3060
Describe the issue: While working, suddenly charging stopped. i checked at the back and there was no charger light, nor the laptop showed any indication of charging. I immediately went to laptop store and the technician said that the charger's output is only 16V whereas it should be 20V which is why it is not charging. I immediately called warranty support for replacing my charger(which wil take 3 days). To my shock, after 1 and half day, i tried to put the charger again to see the status, and the charger light showed blinking red light. but when I removed and connected it again. The light was constant and stable, my latop was charging fine..
Now i am in the confusion, if I should replace my charger with the one lenovo is going to ship.. please help guys????
What have you tried already?: Multimeter testing, tried different power boards-same result
When did it start producing the issue: 2 and half days back
Did you install new drivers or software?: NO
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: NA

Just try the charger when you get it. If it works, then it works.
however, the current one is working fine now to my shock, even then should i replace it.. i think they will provide a refurbished charger. i dont know..
really confused
