Have tried changing regedit values, power plans, checked bios settings, etc. but to no avail (also ram speed is constantly running at 3200 mhz even on idle)

The issue started when I changed maximum processor state in power plan to 70%. Ran fine, throughout the night, but when I opened the pc in the morning, I saw the processor just constantly sitting at 3.19 ghz and ram at 3200 mhz, no fluctuations, nothing, even when I was playing some games

Omg ive fixed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For future reference to those who might encounter this in the future. I've simply just turned turbo boost mode on back again by enabling "processor power boost mode" in the power settings. For me, the "processor power boost mode" option wasn't showing by default so I just followed a regedit tutorial on yt on how to access it.

Yeah, but if you back read a bit, it turned off when I put maximum processor state to 70%

I didnt think it would cause any issues since I used to do it on my previous pc's

Had no issues whatsoever
