Looks like ur windows got borked
Yeah, shitty windows updates degrading the system instead of improving. Annoys me so much. Anything I can do from my end from the BIOS?
Dont think so, but are you able to boot into the BIOS using F2 key?
Yep, I can
Ok great the laptop isnt fucked then
Yes 🤣
USB yes. Extra PC too but I guess it will work somehow
Do a windows media installation
Question, will that delete my installed applications? 🧐
yep...(or there are options for keeping the files but not recommended since it is meh)
Then let me try some alternate ways if possible to recover this system
Anything you are aware of?
EC reset?
Most likely wont work since this isnt an ec issue but a software issue
Wait
are u able to boot into recovery?
How to enable that?
COuld roll back the shitty update
Any key combinations I need to use to boot into recovery mode?
Learn about the recovery options in Windows. Find out how to reset your PC, go back to a previous version of Windows, or use media to reinstall Windows.
Let me take a look
Seems like I can't trigger recovery mode
Shut of the laptop
Press the power button
it will force shut down
and restart the laptop again
Nah. Doesn't boot into the recovery mode

the second method
On this video, I will show you 3 methods to boot into Windows Recovery Environment in windows 10 and windows 11 from desktop, on start up and from a bootable USB Pen Drive.
Recovery environment is an advanced menu used to repair startup issues, restoring system, doing a system reset, booting in safe mode and many other troubleshooting options.
...
Crashed with a BSOD after being able to trigger the recovery mode
Says a driver dma violation error occured
Now go to system restore
Crashes before entering it
bruh
🤣
try the third?
If it helps you, my previous lenovo laptop used to do this aswell, the system would get corrupted all the time, right after playing heavy games. Had to reinstall the OS multiple times, until the SSD gave up on me one day lol, apparently it had faulty SSD from the very start
Which lenoovo?
those are budget models with not so great everything
Need to first create the bootable drive first. The update is so shitty that it fucked my recovery mode as well
except the 5 pro, every other ideapad is dogshit
Hate windows. Just because I need the versatility of playing games and do computer tasks I buy windows. Otherwise would have dumped this OS long back.
i would just not update the os if i were ya
didnt have any of these issues
Want to hear a funny thing?
I didn't update my system
Was playing a game
BSOD occured
It did the updates itself whatever was pending
Then it got stuck in this boot loop
dang
welp couldve been that too
this issue on this guy's side seems to be more like an windows issue
yeah agree
Windows will always find a way to duck its users
if his SSD was faulty, it wouldnt even be able to be able to recognised in BIOS
eric ur able to see ur ssd in the bios right?
Yep
espically the Ideapad 1 and 3
too budget with cheap components
Will try to use the recovery mode and solve it using the bootable drive
Else clean windows installation
Can u tell me what to choose?
Installation media or disk image?
What I want to do is recover my system using the recovery mode from my bootable usb drive
installation media
Hey man, issue resolved without losing data 😄
Needed to use a Windows 11 bootable usb drive but I used the system restore option and problem resolved.
