that might be an incompatible usb boot drive

You should try and make that boot drive with Media Creation Tool

When I use integrated graphics it doesn't lag in bios menu

Otherwise it lags

Like cursor moves in random direction

That is because how Nvidia uefi handle the bios. Does not effect functionality.
