Extremely slow wifi download speed on legion pro 5 2023 with rz616 wifi card

Amd 7745hx + NVIDIA rtx4060

Wifi card rz616 mt7922

Tried reinstall windows, tried reinstall wifi driver from Microsoft update catalogue or Lenovo official driver, tried changed dns, tried all wifi 801.11 mode such as 801.11ax,ac,n,bgn, tried clean dns cache, tried set pcie power delivery to max, tried turn off let Windows turn off this device to save power, I tried everything, nothing works, it only download at max of 60 mbps, where at the same room same location same wifi ssid and same signal it always has a slower download speed than any of my other device, even a cheap ideapad 3 out perform it up to 300 mbps, it's driving me crazy, I don't know what is the problem

Looks like 2 laptop is connecting to 2 different acess point. One is on channel 44, one is on channel 149.

You might need to check what the actual wifi y'all connecting to,

You should expect with other cpu, with some exception of slight different characteristics, all current cpu will try to run at thermal limit for max clock and power, if possible.
