Inconsistent fan speed

Model: LENOVO Legion 5 15ACH6H ( **CPU: **AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop (GA106M), MOTHERBOARD: LENOVO LNVNB161216, BIOS version: GKCN59WW )

Describe the issue: Right fan starts spinning in high speed and all of sudden stops and soon starts again. Spinning does happen even when the CPU is idling in quiet mode. The left fan works fine.
Right now while writing this ticket it stopped and both fans are working as they should without any intervention.

What have you tried already?: Restoring the BIOS settings helped.

**When did it start producing the issue: **On 13th April 2023 it started when using Oracle VM VirtualBox. I solved the issue the same day. Today it started again when starting the computer.

**Did you install new drivers or software?: **I didn't install anything new the first day it started. There was only a VScode update. I didn't install anything today either. I did not overclock the hardware or change any working pace.

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Yes, I added three videos.

This happens for my Legion 15IAH7H -- legion 5i 2022 as well, but for me, it's the left fan 😦

Hey, sorry for late reply. Anyway today it happened again and usually it stops on its own. But the EC reset recommended helps as well.

Nevermind today it happened once again and even after EC reset it continued, but soon after it stopped. It's really weird.
