Describe the issue: After champ select the client opens and there is a chance for it to go into not responding mode
(Biggest problem for me is that it is really inconsistent there are sometimes where i just instantly get into a game or 2 - 3 tries is good enough however there are times where i reset for a good 10 mins and eventually my team remakes...)
What have you tried already?: Reinstalling the game through the riot client, Hextech repair tool, from the official website, Tested on other league of legends account so does not seem to be an account issue, Tested with different wifi strengths. I have just recently reset my computer to remove any 3rd party apps from interfering with the game and am still unable to connect into the game, thinking it could be due to something with my laptop settings instead of the game. (All my other game seem to work just fine minecraft,stardew,csgo,Tboi,LOR,)
Not sure if the green leaf logo affects anything as well, Upgraded to windows 11 to see if it would fix the issue and the green leaf icon did not show however the issue still persisted so i downgraded back to windows 10 since i prefer it more
When did it start producing the issue: Around January 6th
Did you install new drivers or software?: After the garena to riot server migration i had to reinstall league of legends and since then i have been unable to play league of legends properly

did a search around to see if anyone encounter similar problems seems like nvidia has problems with League of legends so added my nvidia version as well

You might need to try to reinstall windows at that point.
Likely there was some config in regedit or some obscure file on your system that cause such problems.

i think i did that i used the remove everything function and then installed only leauge to test if it was any other 3rd party app affecting it
