Issue: 15-20 w battery consumption with hybrid mode enabled, 60hz, quiet mode, amd graphics extras disabled, win power mode 'better battery', no background processes, no malware (windows defender says so - full offline scan). I believe that the dedicated gpu (6600m) is running and consuming power, even though hybrid mode is enabled?
When started: Issue started after installing Win10 (previously Win11)
Installed: Latest driver 23.2.2 using AMD Adrenaline software.

Hybrid mode enable does not mean dgpu is not on
Try go to device manager, disable the dgpu, restart laptop, then enable the dgpu again.
