#Audio disappearing at "random"

Describe the issue: "Randomly" my laptop will just turn off any audio, and I have to mute and unmute my laptop for it to be back. Apart from sometimes appearing at random (such as randomly after pausing/unpausing a yt video) im able to reproduce it 100% when I boot up my pc, or when launching a game.
What have you tried already?: No idea what I could really...
When did it start producing the issue: Like 2 months ago I think? I had the same thing occurring months ago after messing with virtual audio cable, but since then I did a full system wipe, it stopped, and now its randomly back again.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Idk maybe windows did something in the background but I myself havent done anything.
