**Model: **
I have a Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H Gen 6 with a RTX3070, 4800H, and 32GB of RAM. This was purchased in August 2021. I typically use it hooked up to an external monitor, keyboard and mouse.
**Describe the issue: **
Yesterday, I was doing some file transfers to a friend when my laptop suddenly stopped responding to input. I was able to move my mouse around but the computer was not responding to any input - Explorer had stopped working, I could not shut down or restart via Task Manager. So I force-rebooted it by hitting the Power button.
I rebooted my PC, left it to see what it would do next - no Legion logo shows up, no BIOS error message. It's just dead.
What have you tried already?:
I've tried the CMOS power reset, EC reset, draining the battery, leaving it to turn on and let it figure out what to do next. Left the laptop running for about an hour. No windows lockscreen, no response from the keyboard or any device attached. No response when I hit the Caps Lock key, etc. (I would have expected the LEDs to come on). No Legion logo appears on boot, either.
**When did it start producing the issue: **
Yesterday.
**Did you install new drivers or software?: **
I updated to Windows 11 22H2 last week (1st January) when prompted by Windows Update.
**Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: **
Unfortunately no video, it'd be a very boring image/video as the laptop is not booting. Keyboard backlights do not come on either (though I did disable this a while ago because the rainbow was driving me nuts).
Another note: last year I had a series of issues with the laptop bluescreening at random (usually it was something about a DRIVER_POWERSTATE_FAILURE) but that resolved itself eventually, presumably via a BIOS update in the past.
Not sure what else I can look at, any idea what could cause this?
The laptop is still under warranty.
