Anyone already received and used their SlimQ 330W adapter? Just got mine, plugged it in and I directedly notice my 330W adapter makes quite a high pitching noise. Do others also experience this? Perhaps with also the previous adapters? Tbh, it is really annoying 🥲

hi @half breach if its very high pitch electronic noise its can be normal but if its really too much pls email slimq @ [email protected] and derek/support will help you :) please mention in header that it is about F330

Got mine just a few days ago, and no high-pitch noise (and as a musician, I am a bit sensitive to this) to be heard. When I put my ear onto it, I can hear a low-volume hum though. The fans of my laptop are still a lot louder than this.

@long aurora Exactly, I'm not surprised, and it's really low, the noise. I'd suspect it's different for the OP.
