Describe the issue: The laptop will turn the keyboard but the screen won’t turn on nor the fans. (More info: It is also hot for some reason)
What have you tried already?:
-Connecting a external monitor (no signal)
-Disconnected everything, long press to turn off and the plug everything and power up
When did it start producing the issue: Some context on how it got to this point, the laptop was working fine until now but when it was unplugged and I got the low battery notification I went to charge it and suddenly it turned off and now it is a this state.
Did you install new drivers or software?: no
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: ```

i had the exact same issue. i tried almost every thing except for opening the laptop part. nothing worked so i finally had the laptop replaced
if its in warranty, get it checked once.
Came back with from the warranty repair, it was motherboard issue
I still don’t know what caused it because it was working perfectly fine until it stopped working for no reason
They didn't specify what broke exactly?
