Hello! I have the legion T7 34IMZ5 and my internet on that computer is capped at 70mbps. I can take that same Ethernet and my 2 other computers are pulling 550-600mbps. I’ve tried everything I can think of except for updating bios. I found the exact one that I need at tried following the instruct but says I need to unpack into the swtools folder in c drive. When I download it it automatically unpacks itself in downloads and the swtools folder on my pc doesn’t seem to exist.

Before doing this, get the latest driver for your tower on Lenovo PC support page
Go in Device manager, open Network adapters, right click on LAN driver, Properties and delete the driver -> reboot/restart
If Windows doesn't auto recognize the adapter, install the one that you downloaded
else if it works as it should, keep using it
I tried that but there was no improvement
you did delete the driver and all?
