I recently bought Lenovo Legion 5 Pro 2022 (16IAH7H)
I encountered a problem in that I can not charge it with 100W USB-C Power delivery chargers. I tried many of them, and even on different Legion 5 Pro.

The problem is when the laptop is turned on - the charger randomly connects and disconnects.
That problem is not occurring when using 65W power delivery chargers.

Check your cables. You should be using E-marker cable rated for 100W

Thanks. I got problem as described in topic :"charger connects and disconnects rapidly" but it happens even with no load. You think that's still a cable issue?

Is there any way to check if cable has emarker? Because I got some of cables that came with 100w charger, that's possible that they are not e marker?

Emarker is not a technology

It is a physical chip used for unlocking >3A >20V charging by identifying the cable as able to withstand higher loads

Any cable that can 100W are supposed to have this chip? Or some devices might use this cable without this chip. Because I have some 100W cables, but they might not have e-marker

No, 100W cables must have emarker otherwise they are USB2.0 60W cables

status update: lenovo chat said to go to service

got to service said, something might be wrong usb c keys, if you are on warranty just give to us

my laptop is illegaly imported. warranty is in poland :C

laptop seller said we can send it to poland, but thats not a case for a warranty issue

got home and found 2 intersting things, first 2M cable just dont work at all with 100W

#

second chinese 100W charger works sometimes with short cable but not 100%

#

and 100% it charges good from ecoflow charging station using short cable

#

so there is 2 problems, bad charger and bad cable at same time. that confused me, will watch further

Okay. Case solved
Final solution:
Restore windows from Lenovo recovery
Do not use cables longer then 1m for 100W charging
Do not try to use dGPU while on PD charge
