Model: Legion 5 Pro with Ryzen 7 5800H and RTX 3070
Describe the issue: I bought this laptop yesterday and everything looks fine even the speaker is working, until this morning I tried playing yt videos with speaker and the video can't play, turns out my speaker can't output anything causing all streaming platform broke like youtube and spotify
the only way i can hear anything is using earphone

What have you tried already?: reinstalling sound driver, update the windows couple hours ago and installing realtek driver from lenovo website

When did it start producing the issue: i'm not sure maybe after windows update last night

Did you install new drivers or software?: yes, realtek driver from lenovo website and amd adrenaline

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue:

Did the speaker make a weird sound after dying on you?

No, i didnt even notice the speaker doesnt work because im using earphone the whole time

Hmm it's weird that resetting it didn't work tbh because that should rollback the driver

Altough broken speakers wouldn't actually infinite load a yt video iirc

okay now the infinite load is gone after i reset it again this time with cloud download option

but the speaker is still doesn't work, i guess its hardware issue?

Does the speaker even show up and if so, with any warning symbol?

update : solved the problem
i changed the audio driver from realtek audio to high definition audio device
works like a charm

Device manager says device migration didn't go properly when mobo change took place

device manager > sound, video, and game controller > right click realtek audio > update driver > browse my computer for driver > let me pick a list > then choose the high definition audio device
