Describe the issue:
GPU boosting in balanced mode, not boosting in performance. Is it coz CPU is boosted in performance also? Cpu clocks are the same in both modes.
I just want to know the pattern here, coz right now i've got more fps in balanced mode than in performance (temps are fine, cpu max 87, gpu max 78).
Mainly in cyberpunk.
When did it start producing the issue: hard to tell

hey so i am not sure why this is happening but can you try using driver store explorer to delete "Nvidia Platform Controllers and Framework" (use force delete option) and install the NVPCF ive sent with right clicking on the .inf file in the zip THAT YOU HAVE TO EXTRACT SOMEWHERE, reboot and try the games

i've tried it by pressing power button for 60 s and it seems it helped, im back at 130 W at performance mode.

to be honest i dont understand this, before it was like this
balanced
performance
now balanced stays the same, but performance is 130 W and something about 4k cpu clock
and i cant tell if it will fix the problem coz driver reinstall also helps for a while
