#CPU and GPU heating

Model: Legion Y9000P IAH7H
Issue: Few days ago, I turned on temp monitor from Legion Zone application which my laptop came with and when I played dota2 with my friends, i noticed my GPU temperature is over 80% with high usage % and CPU is over 90% with just 20-30% usage on thermal mode. I'm not sure if it's usual but it doesn't look good to me. Also when im sitting in the lobby, temperatures lower to 50-60C
Is there a way to lower the temperature?

There is nothing wrong here.

Just make sure your laptop is at least lifted in the back to allow the fans more air suction.

Laptops run hot. Intel 12th gen is power hungry.

I kind of have a similar problem. I have the legion 5i 7th gen with i5 and rtx 3060. In fortnite my cpu goes to 97°c and GPU to 80+°c while the fps is kind of underwhelming at 90-100 at high settings. Is this normal though?

I saw video of legion 5 with ryzen with much better temps. Even though the gen 6 Intel was cooler than the ryzen model.
