I had similar issue with my L7i 2020 model after screen replacement
I will be honest with you - Lenovo fucked up something while repairing your device - so I wouldn't be shocked if you need to send your device again for screen and/or eDP cable replacement
If new Windows setup will not solve your issue then there is nothing that could be done from your perspective
I will never send my laptop back to lenovo again lol
they took it for 2 weeks, just to replace the panel
and did kinda a fucked up job
That's what happened to me!
this is for screen replacement

why closed?
I know, but I cant seem to find my screen serial
This might be tricky, because screen SN is located where you actually can't get without removing bezel and screen itself 😦
Sometimes apps like HWINFO or AIDA64 will show you SN but this is rather a rare case for internal panels
So getting a SN from internal panel might be a painful experience
