Describe the issue: Two days ago I noticed significant system slowdown with 100% SSD usage with speeds not even above 5 MB/s on average, so I restarted. Since then booting up from shutdowns or restarts either takes minutes or gets stuck at a black screen requiring a hard reset. Hibernate or sleep looks to be unaffected
What have you tried already?: chkdsk, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth then sfc /scannow
When did it start producing the issue: Two days ago after a restart
Did you install new drivers or software?: Windows updates but it was 3 days before issue first came up
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: None

Could this be malware or something just broke in Windows?
