When I switch to quiet mode it switch back to balanced mode after a while(about 2- 3 min)
when it started: idk how it has been there but i noticed it now only
what all have changed: Updated to windows 11 (it was there even on windows 10), legion toolkit update, nothing else

Do you have any llt triggers which set balanced mode?

Does it still happen if you disable that event?

its been about 10 min still it didn't change back to balance mode

Try removing that apps one at a time see if it still happens. If it does, createns bug report on the llt GitHub
