Would it be possible to chat with someone who is making an offer? Or chat with the buyer?

That would be a nice addition too. Sort of like on Ebay where buyers/sellers can message one another.
Couple that with counter offers and you have quite the marketplace.

Maybe with open communication via messaging, counter offer wouldn't be necessary, although for those that would prefer not to communicate it would be a nice way to just throw an offer back without having to negotiate.

Also maybe something for land, where you can see what people have in it and current level.
