Make the Mega Hunt drawing streamed event on twitch or youtube. Prizes are very good, let people sweat the draw. Draw can be done with marble race or whatever other similar things are available. Maybe make a spinnable wheel with all the names that caught Ophisto and make Kieran spin it live(just an idea). Some people were complaining on twitter that draws are done behind closed doors. Make this one transparent and fun event, invite some Illuvium influencers to create some entertaining commentary. Add some small prizes for chat. Promote Illuvium twitch and youtube.
