It's like a standard d1SK with one extra ILV Summer Illuvitar so you get to enjoy the exclusive drop while still growing your wave 4 collection (unlock more rewards, get higher on the leaderboard, etc..)

In the previous waves there was no separate T0 album. Only for BG where only 3 T0 illuvitars could fit. Now that there is a separate album for T0 illuvitars, it could be useful. I think it's a good idea. 🙂

1. Passport wallet
2. Secondary wallet
3. IMX trade only wallet

Bug that was identified belongs to the (3) where the app was not allowing to load disks if user was not logged in with passport (1) and (2).

Hotfix has just been deployed to PROD. Hopefully that was the one that you were facing. Thx for reporting and let us know if you manage to test it once again!

I think there may be an issue with the new promo album and how the points are counted towards your total wave 4 collection.
As you can see in the screenshots, one taken with the promo album unsleeved and one after sleeving. With the album totalling over 82,000 points, I would imagine that is how much would be added to the total wave 4 collection points, but it doesn't.
This is specific to wave 4 total points as the full 82,000+ are added to the total set 1 collection points.

I think pull rates were a bit too generous with this promo.
As you can see from the stats here, there are more Octius being pulled than there are users. With an oversupply like this, prices can only go one way in the short term.
Like you mention, this also has the added effect of people not needing to open D1sks as they can purchase the illuvitars for much cheaper aftermarket.

it has made it more fun for those of us that don't buy a ton of disks, and shop the secondary, but your point is valid, a little tweak makes some sense....raise the acc. pull rate if anything, while balancing the rare expressions and higher tier promos. That being said, Holos do seem more rare, and enjoying the glitch idea, which is also more rare.

I assume those two combined = the old holo rate

ps and for those that like to monetize their openings, your observation shows why they should set a new floor for unwanted dups or consider offers...the trend can only go down with no new players

personally, I consider 50% offers even when I'm floor...and there has at least been some activity in the secondary market which is nice

yep, I think they went for fun this time and they succeeded...till the whole system and the market gets cooking (and capital raise occurs) probably a decent short term strategy, but for the serious collectors who like the rare limited items it is understandably less "fun" 😉
All in all I think the beyond team has done an amazing job, and appreciate we are at least getting some attention and love, unlike the poor zero folks (not that I disagree with setting zero aside for now as a focus point but ouch to the owners of land)

I lost 2 illuvials and 10 accessories today while attemting to bond the 2 illuvials. I was surprised as hell about the first one, then definitely had to report it after two sequential attempts to bond illuvials ended with the loss of it all. Are there currently any known issues that could've caused this. I'm reluctant to try bonding any more rn.

toughy...market still getting established and prices dropping, not sure where holos or glitches will settle out or what the drop rates have been. I'd probably look at similar holos of other summer promos ($100s?) and see where there at and then be a little aggressive on price if want to sell and if in no hurry, pick a higher price and see if you get offers. hope that helps

Yeah, agree with you 100%. We had an airdrop for f2p - ppl received ILV and disappeared, now we have 250k for them again. For 2 years, we have had one levi tournament with a lot of concerns. Will be players in this mode with 50%/50% or need 25%/25% etc. I think we will see on revenue in the winter

250k total prize money for skill.. u cant just play or bot and get it.. ull have to compete and be good,, this is a vastly different thing.

Leviathan and arena where not quite in the state where it made sense to hold large scale tournaments, this is now changed.

levi skill too( in ranked you can easy play on 1-5 accounts and more, in levi you can do it too, ofc, but you need to buy decks. In the current version, i think you can have multiacking too coz you don;t need strong decks. You need a deck around 20-50$. I hope % will change for levi and we will see skill + deck without multiacking

Currently there are 230 holos from 4430, making a 5.19% pull rate.
I've just seen 1% pull rate over 5% of total supply. Either extreme bad luck or somethings up.

Looking at the data at how many D1sks each wallet is opening, the vast majority do not open enough to really feel the bad luck. With a 1 in 20 holo pull rate, even if you opened 40 and only pulled 1 holo, you're short 1 holo statistically, which could easy be put down to a slightly less favourable RNG. When opening large batches over multiple days, it's very clear to see. My wallet has severely underperformed the average, and not just in one batch on one day, multiple large batches over two days. Feels more like a nerf than RNG, because in spite of my pull rate suffering so horribly, the overall pull rate across the market is performing exactly as it should.

I bought 175 DAO promo disks and a bunch more at the market. In total I opened well over 200 disks. A holo common Octius was the best. I couldn't find a holo from Fludd

But there were 10 holos in total for me. About 5%

Those 76 were opened by other people that massively outperformed me.
Almost like their rates are boosted to compensate for my pants rate to balance out at the 5% overall.

I opened yet another 80 since those 73 and received 2 holo, again underperforming everyone else on average.
Odd to say the least.

Unless something dramatically changed the code that does generation doesn't get passed any information on the 'who'. Although it can't hurt to keep an eye on it I image it's just chance.

It's only about one in one thousand to get no Holos from 80 d1sks, which is far from a drastically improbable event.

For which purpose? The summer d1sks have some really cool new art. But if you are just after pure Wave 4 Illuvitars which you can accessorise yourself for album then megas or standards would probably be better.

I buy a few summers as they have their own rewards for buying disks, and then maybe standards to max out fuel, and fill out more of the collection, and get more acc. also. The secondary on the illuvitar promos is already pretty affordable so you can finish out the summer collection that way (and there are a lot of wave 4 bonded out there for cheap in the secondary also)

RNG is crazy, if you’ve ever played runescape it can take 5000 kills to get an item thats a 1/500 drop. Some people get 5 in their first 50 kills. Gotcha gaming is rough

I'm not sure, depends on how popular it is. Replayability is limited in a way because it's single player...but could always add new levels / change wave composition if people like it. I thought it'd be nice for new beyond collectors to have something to do right away, even if it ends up being a 'once and done' thing.
