I keep hearing it is easy to level Illuvials but it isn't that easy to level Illuvials if you aren't a great player and/or have a lot of time to play. The way things are set up the already strong get strength faster which makes it even harder for the weak to get strong. I don't know what the answer is but I am sure glad I had so many high level Illuvials from OW.

OW was much easier to level than Arena. If you put in the time you got the levels, skilled or not.

It's players with experiences like this which is why I'm so damn vocal about the newcomer experience. There is no way someone can invest their time into Illuvium even after spending money on Illuvials, in its current state. They can't progress and feel massive loss after massive loss.

Add Daily/Weekly Goals to do your own Autodrone runs and potentially an XP injector for targeted levelling and this game changes from unapologetically pay2win with no retention and high uninstall rate to a game that you can actually feels rewarding for putting your time into. @umbral oracle @worn tree

Arena likely lost their shot at obtaining that MVP because their big marketing push happened while core game loops were missing. Now it's deemed a failure no matter what. I'm currently building a tracker for the Motorverse Cup.I noticed that the rules don’t mention what happens in this scenario:
• Player A finishes in the top 14 on Weekend 1 (ex: 12th with 72 points)
• Player B finishes just outside at 15th with 58 points

If Player A also qualifies on Weekend 2, technically Player B would move into the qualified spots. I think this is an important detail worth clarifying for the players, as many might assume they’re eliminated after the first weekend when that’s not necessarily the case.

Just wanted to point it out, no pressure.

It's labelled as for Special Guest players. This clause was in the Illuvium Pro League finals as well to try and get content creators from outside of Illuvium to play the game.

The game always chooses your highest level (not stat) Illuvial. So it is a must if you want to play an Illuvial that has a lower level.
Example: you have a Carablu that has a TPI of 70 and you got it to Level 20 but then you got a new Carablu that is TPI 90 and you want to level it up you have to put it as your pick in Team planner.

This is a valid concern, they could in theory try to grief select players if they wanted. This would be very hard to control though. If someone really wanted to be a jerk like this, they could play on secondary accounts (even with no/poor decks they can still do a lot of dmg to someone by mirroring the comp they want to play etc). Could also arrange guildmates to do the same.
So this is a thing thats been talked about a lot before, but would be very hard to combat. Anonymus profiles in game could do something on this, but would not be a full solution.
