Hey all, just got back from the hospital with my son. Wanted to say sorry for having to leave the last chance tournment today, I hope it did not impact anyone.
I played 23 games last night and stayed up until 5 in the morning to qualify. Then litterally 5 minutes into the first game today, my 5 year old falls and knocks out 3 teeth. Luckily only his kids teeth, and it will all be all good.
So mostly sad I missed my chance to play Worlds, but also sad that I took up a spot that someone else could have had. If it had just happened 10 min earlier.
Congrats to all the last who qualify today, and everyone playing the Worlds event soon. I’ll be watching from the sidelines instead of playing 🙂 hopefully next years season will be a little more dad-gamer friendly so I can give it another shot.

I think that usually when we put the illuvial on our ranger last second it's because we want to position it next to the ranger

And if we are bonded to a unit that has a duplicate on the board it should automatically re-bond to the duplicate if we bench the one we were bonded with

The monthly reward system should be replaced with a daily one.
Imagine a new player arrives and what he sees is that he has to earn tons of points to get into the top hundred and by the time he learns the game he loses interest in it all and doesn't develop an addiction to play every day.

@vivid stirrup or You could organize a sit and go, where everyone pays, for example, $1 and the system would reward the first four players. There would be a rake portion that the game would receive for organizing, so it could earn income without any effort.

12/16 are vs less good people because the best players are spread to different groups, so in reality you have 2 games where they will face off to show who deserves to be in the final. That’s way too low in my opinion.

As previously mentioned, we are not trying to reinvent the Autobattler competitive format. We are taking strong inspiration from other games that have far more experience than us, especially in our first season. A major influence has been TFT tournaments, and we’ve tweaked and adjusted formats where it made sense for us.

In this case, we have already extended this round of the format from 3 games to 4, giving this phase a slightly larger sample size.

On top of that, knowing that we have players competing from extremely difficult time zones, as mentioned above, makes this an even stronger reason to keep the semifinals day short. We don’t want players—like those in Australia—to be forced into pulling a double all-nighter.

But yes, we hear you, and we’re glad to confirm that we have already expanded this phase from 3 to 4 games compared to the original format. I hope you understand.
