Great to hear it! I've seen some strides made lately in this direction, so I have faith you'll make it to where it needs to be in the end. Little things like removing edge cases (monkey having no omega scaling is one that comes to mind). The best case is where a new player who's a generally good gamer can have a a 50/50 win rate at the entry point, but climbing comes with mastery. As it is, being skilled in the genre still results in tanking off a cliff, lol, but Rome was not built in a day.

Also to clarify, bigger things too, but those small streamlining details are more helpful than a lot of people give credit for with a newbie

We don't use any hidden MMR system atm. The rating you have is the rating you are.

What happened today is an exception, we had to do a manual reset. For the upcoming weeks the reset will be automatic at 00:00h UTC on thursdays, as usual.

There is always the bug with the augment, when your board is full and you pass on an augment, you can't take it, then you trow out an illuvial, you have the place and can't take the augment on the ground for a few rounds. Another bug is when your in a combat phase, you can't trow out and sell certain illuvials.

We have so many things to do that beyond having to have a high APM you also should manage your time correctly

If you want to pick T1 illuvials that you don't want to increase the odds of getting Caradulox, Seeforus and Archeleon for instance + you need to choose your weapon amplifier + you need to combine your item components + you need to open your legendary crate + you need to replace your items + you need to reposition your illuvials and you have 70 gold to roll down because you know you are contested + you want to scout

In this case you need to do things in the right order of priority and ditch the least important stuff because you don't have time to do everything

The fact that you know that you don't have time to do everything you need to do to have an optimal gameplay is a bit frustrating though

Honestly idk who thought changing minimum games to 5 was a good idea. 15-20 was more than enough to prove commitment and if u want to get rewarded, just get to it or play less for fun.
Even with 15 games, i do know some multi accounts (of course, without "proves", just common sense) . Imagine now we have 5 games. A pro can just play the 5 calibration matches and get a superb good spot on leaderboard this week and take hours of effort from other players.
I made my statement clear, i really don´t care much these days, but if we as a community do care about the game long term and a correct reward structure, we should begin taking actions, reporting and strongly go against this kind of behavior.

A new player will have top 20 with a loooooot of games, because he need to play a lot and learn. It´s not accussing, it´s using common sense to not allow people dry our community and our playerbase´s rewards.

1️⃣ If I bench an Illuvial, the augmentations are not removed — but only when the board is full. If there are free spots on the board, augmentations are removed correctly.

2️⃣ During the carousel phase, the game lagged like crazy — it turned into a slideshow. It’s not about my computer’s performance — the lags were insane, literally one frame at a time. After that, there were micro-lags and freezes throughout the rest of the match.

Hi. In Casual and Ranked modes, you don’t need to own Illuvials.
The game provides you with free ones.

Illuvials are only needed for the Leviathan submode.

Overworld is just grinding and searching for Illuvials. You hunt for Illuvials and level them up there. Then you sell them on Illuvidex. After that, Leviathan fanatics buy up the valuable specimens.

The gauntlet Arena plays just fine without owning any of the illuvials. The illuvials that are sold on the IlluviDex are being sold by players that had obtained them from either the overworld or an automated drone run (adr).

You can't scout opponents.
What happens if you keep trying to scout them?

1️⃣ At first, you'll start experiencing minor lags in the game. It's tolerable at this stage.

2️⃣ Then the carousel completely breaks. Your drone will end up somewhere off to the side, and you won’t be able to move it at all. Screenshot 1.

3️⃣ After that, the game crashes. Screenshot 2.

Besides, having a ranged squishy unit be a phantom is weird. I think it should be swapped to a different synergy so maybe it's power budget can be evaluated independant from ramph

I agree that this is how it's implemented right now. It could be a lot better though if it didn't share both traits with one of the strongest units in the game, so maybe splitting it would be nice so it could have some power of its own. Maybe keep the inferno since it fits the visual language of the unit, but swap it with some other unit, like ant eater, since that thing doesn't really play like an empath anyway

Besides, that thing is sick as hell when its omega can crit

I realy dont like this new arena patch.
Too many random stuff...U cant actually have a plan before game.

We should be able to choose at least from one of each class weapon, so at least we can have some path in mind.
Carroussel its ok, i guess. Doesnt realy make too much of a difference, imo.
It shouldnt be 3 augments per illuvial. Some illuvials can solo win with the right 3 augments, even stage 2 illuvials. By solo win i mean, i kill all enemy team but that one illuvial and it still manage to win 1 vs 4 or 5. Doesnt realy make sense. It should be 1 augment, max 2, like it was before.
I dont like the region where we start with 3 class tokens. Most of the time they end up beeing useless. Again, more random stuff is bad for planing.

This is my opinion, ofc.
I think that less random stuff and more planning with improve gameplay.
Some ppl may like it the other way around, but it seems to me that sometimes is more like gambling than actual having a plan.
I think the game improved with every patch before. This is the first time that i actually think the gameplay got worst.

at other patches you play mostly 1-3 builds, depend of your opponent.
at this patch every my game different, when i play around weapons i got.
and for every weapon you have different directions, which can give you a win, so you not just spam 1 build, but play by situations.

I don't like at this patch that some weapons much stronger that other.
I don't like that sometimes you got templar imprint(example) for psyon team, which useless for you. and your opponent got 4th Frost/Behemoth.
