Earnings estimates for 2026 are around high single digits to low double digits while you'd expect to see around a contraction averaging around -14% during a recession.

Earnings have been better than expected for the most part and could again shock to the upside next year with better revenue growth.

Why do Star Atlas / Illuvium / Wilder World have similar charts?

The only thing I see in common is that these are Web3 games with good graphics.

If you look at ugly pixelated Web3 games, there’s a similar trend, but overall the charts are different — noticeably so.

The fundamentals improve every day for Illuvium as a Web3 game. Even Kieran is implementing AI. The game really hooks you and makes you want to play it. Compared to other Web3 games, it’s becoming more and more of a real game:

1. MMO

2. No crashes mid-game

3. Fixing minting wait-time issues

4. Lots of marketing + retention and we’re back to the moon.

Maybe we’ll fail because AI changes the whole gaming paradigm, but the sense of ownership + a great game and retention will be spectacular.
