please enlighten me i got a noob question, what will happen or what are the teams plan if the staking rewards in ILV pool and SLP runs out? or it get way too low that stakers are no longer interested?
When it’s over it’s over, you need to stake to receive revdis though
Yield Garmin is only for 3 years fixed and than only revdis, if nobody staked than I’m very happy to receive revdis alone 🤪🤪
!revdis
The DAO distributes 100% of vault revenue to token holders.
Revenue distributions are claimed through the official Staking App as unlocked ILV. The vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by the main Sushi pool, which increases the token price.
hey all, is there a way to get liquidity for my claimed sILV2? can I exchange the escrowed illuvium token for ether?
Community members have seeded a liquidity pool on Uniswap so you are able to swap on that DEX 👍
But you'll note the price is lower compared to ILV since it is only 1:1 with ILV price within the ecosystem
I am not removing any liquidity, but I had added some the beginning of this month and have it staked on Ilv's site. via SLP. Although, when I go to sushi swap to see my positions it does not show any.
I was going to add more, but want to make sure before doing so I will eventually be able to remove.
Ah, since you have staked your SLP tokens on the Illuvium website, those SLP tokens are no longer "in" your wallet... so Sushi won't show you have a position since it does not read any SLP tokens at the moment.
At any point when you want to remove liquidity, you'll need to unstake the SLP tokens from the Illuvium website first (pending the completion of any vest/lock period you might have placed on them).
Then when you go to Sushi, it should show your position and also provide the option to withdraw.
Thank you good sir! I am going to start giving more to the project and want to go as long as possible, just wanted to make sure once the period is over IF i wanted to I could remove it. Thats a lot of great info, thank you!
Yup, as long as the SLP is unlocked (and you have the ETH to cover gas fees), there shouldn't be any issues when that time comes 🙂
What is the formula for RevDis
seems every 2 days mine is doubling @cunning perch
It is random buys in differnt chunks
is the claimable revdis automatically staked in the ILV pool?
No, you would have to claim them and stake them
Showing a tx error when trying to pull out staking rewards, this affecting anyone else?
Yeap
Lost 4 x transaction fees trying to claim now as it gets failing
Could you provide a bit more information?
Went through on the fifth attempt. What kind of information can I provide to help? Failed transaction IDs?
Let me create a thread
Thanks mate the channel is quiet these days.
3.98 gwei says it all 🤣
@median canyon why does distributing rev dis take that long ?
guys where can i stake ILV token?
how long has this staking been running?
Almost 13 months
oh nice
it appears that silv2 is only trading for $42 in the uniswap silv2/ETH pool
how can we normalize that? does the pool need more liquidity?
Needs more buyers and less sellers.
It's been almost a year since I made a SLP token and I've already forgotten one part of the process: Do I have to switch ETH to WETH, since ETH itself isn't an ERC-20 token, then swap 50% to ILV? Or does sushiswap do that automatically for me?
Eth not weth is what ya want
Sustained use cases for sILV2 should bring the relative price closer to parity, but ILV will always have more utility since it can be staked (thus generating you ILV or sILV2).
any insight on why i cant claim revenue distribution tokens? when I get to here, I click this and nothing pops up
Will a later version of staking include contracts on L2, so no gas cost? And if so, if the gas fee approaches zero, will it be possible to automatically reinvest unclaimed rewards as ILV? So its maximising benefits?
the idea is that the stake will be all on L2 in the future but at the moment L2 does not support complex contracts like stake
Thanks Taric
I think IMX is working on staking as they are running a staking thing for their own token right now on their L2
they will definitely implement in the future and when they implement it is a matter of time until our run on L2 in a v3 of the stake
Hi, I have SLP staked, due out in <2 years and some unclaimed ILV rewards. All linked to a ledger account that might be suspect now. I've done revoke.cash on the SLP and ILV, didn't share my private keys or seed phrase but I'm now paranoid about loss on unlock. Anyway, is there a way to transfer the staked SLP and rewards to a new account safely and before unlock?
Did you stake on staking V2?
yes
Then i think it should be possible theoretically though i dont know hów.
Im not great on blockchain stuff but if you havethe ability to change SLP and rewards to a new account safely, then the suspected scammer could do so as well already. In that case, since it hasnt happened 🤷♂️
But maybe a <@&795142782133207063> can help here. Just remember that DMS are scams! Since your stuff isnt transfered yet i doubt they are compromised at all though.
Also if a mod can help me understand hów then ill be able to help better in the future. Someone please teach me 🙏
I didn't think the SLP at least could be moved anywhere and the ILV rewards get locked so I thought they'd probably all be "safe" until unlock. Thanks for following up.
This is a reminder to never give out your private key (12 to 24 word seed phrase) to anyone.

Is all your stake on V2 or you have V1 stakes too? (like did you have to upgrade?)
Just V2
So you never upgraded the pool from V1 to V2 right?
no
just started a few months ago all on V2
New stakes (from new wallets with 0 history of staking on V1) will have the chance to change the address, though it is not possible now. This will be a feature that will be implemented in the future on V2 contract.
Having said that, if your wallet (even Ledger) is compromised, there must be sth you have clicked on that made it compromised. There is no known way of a wallet getting compromised without having clicked on a malicious link.
You should be able to write a contract to directly interact with the current staking contract right? Or is it actually not possible lol
V2 is upgradable, so stuff can be added to it unlike V1 which was immutable. Though I believe this takes quite some time. Whenever it's added there can be “change address” or sth in the dashboard, if not somewhere else
I gave permission through scam mint link, realised I'd lost some NFTs then did revoke.cash ASAP on all assets. Change address sounds good. I've moved all my assets to new wallets except the staked stuff.
Nice job. We'll see when the “changing address” option will be available.
Thanks mate
Is there somewhere that explains the worth of staking based on how much you stake I e., returns?
Thank you
hi, can anyone explain me why my revdis is so low? i have bought 7 tier 2 lands during the sale, and for this i have received 0.03 ILV...ah i also have staked for a year 10 ILV
Land does not get revdis
Ahhh ok
so i have received 0.03 ILV of revdis of the sale cause i've staked 10 ILV...right?
and revdis distribution is not yet complete
when it will be completed?
the process of automating the distribution of revdis is being implemented and tested at the moment, so it is being done gradually, the most direct way to follow the process is through the vault wallet
Come oooooon, do the math
2254 ETH will still be distributed
rn i have 10 ilv staked, 0.22 ilv reward of stakin and 0.03 ilv from revdis...i would like to compound everything into staking...i have to claim those for staking?
revdis is different from rewards, if you claim the rewards in ILV, it automatically goes to a 12-month vesting period (yielding and receiving revdis with weight 2 during this period) while revdis, when withdrawn, falls straight into your wallet and needs to be placed in stake manually
can i stake reward without claiming?
no, and it only starts to yield and receive revdis after being claimed
Is the staking part of the website down??
for me I can still see my dashboard and such.
You mean the action of staking?
No I just can’t open the staking but at all. Like the tab at the top
Oh well i don't have that issue 👀
Well I will just try again later cheers 🙂
Hope it fixes itself! maybe clear Cache orso 🤷♂️
Just wanted to check if I had another few dollars of revdis lol. Will do
no new revdis since 2.5 days!
I just want money. They r so cruel
lol don't claim too often dude! staking again would cost you more than you actually claimed 😛
Haha I havnt claimed at all yet. Although I have a bit more to stake so il do it just before that. Il wait for the next batch
can you all check if I have the math right? @candid kettle said there is 2200 ETH left to be distributed. so should I take the amount of my liquidity that is locked in staking, divide it by the TVL of the ILV/ETH pool (which is $81,000,000), then multiply by 2200? in other words, let's say I have $1000 in the ILV/ETH pool. $1,000/$81,000,000 * 2200 = 0.033 ETH.
does that look right or am I way off?
this is for Revenue Distribution only btw
if we expect the price of sILV2 to be nearly equal to ILV once the game launches, should we be buying the sILV2 on Uniswap now? it's trading at a 65% discount.
I would say: There are roughly 7.5M ILV tokens that are vesting with a weight of 2x orso (someone please correct me on this). Then grab the amount of Eth, and divide that by 7.5M and you'll know how many Eth one ILV token would get. Multiply that by your ILV Token holdings and you know your expected revenue distribution 🙂
Note that the ILV/ETH pool will only get you revdis over your portion of ILV tokens that you hold
wait so let's say I have 10 ILV staking. your calculation is 2200/7500000 * 10?
yes
that's 0.003 ETH, it's like nothing
I think the total revenue per token would come down to 70 cents orso
the land sale only made 4K Eth. That's indeed not a lot 🙂 But it's just the first NFT sale they did 😮
Imagine playing a game, with NFTs and trading them
I an not sure you are right
I have already received more Revenue Distribution than that
then you are gaming the system! I only got roughly 30 cents per ILV token so far 🙂
@brisk surge did you get more than 70 cents per ILV token in revdis yet?
let's take it to DM
sure, Dm me
i sent you friend request
i didn't ask for the amount of ILV i asked for the amount of cents per token 😄
Oh per token... Shoul be around 30 cents I think\\\\
Just estimating my SLP amount I calculated $.28 per token so far.
thanks ❤️
For the SLP pool once the term is up so you need to claim and restate to get rewards or will it continue at the same weight until you claim?
you can continue leaving them there and they will continue getting rewards
Yep, please note that silv2 played a big role here, if the total „value“ would have been in eth each ilv would have generated roughly 8-10$ revenue
yep, exactly!
How are your holidays?
Great thank you 🤗 I miss playing the beta and connecting with you guys more for sure, but still it’s nice
I think I’m not allowed to post pics here but I will in positive vibes for you @craggy field
Hey everyone… a few questions. Has all revenue been distributed by now? If not, when will that be completed? Also, if we don’t claim them, are they automatically staked, or do we have to claim and restake? I assume it’s the latter but wanted to be sure before I spend gas. Thanks!
No. No idea. No. Yes.
Thank you
I think if you stake now you don’t get part of land sale, but would for Illuvitars
You get it if you stake now. It’s based on who is staked at the time of distribution.
not sure what this means can you elaborate
sILV2 is like a gift card for in-game purchases. It has the value of ILV when you spend it in the Illuvium ecosystem. sILV2 is burned after it is spent.
Lots of the land sale spending was done in sILV2. So while the land sale sold $70M of land, only a small portion of that was in ETH. If the entire $70M was in ETH instead of sILV2, each ILV would have received roughly $10 of revdis (as there are approx. 7M ILV staked and eligible for revdis).
Hi. I cannot find the guide to create a SLP to stake. Can you please help me?
Sushi ==> Liquidity tab ==> add tab ==> add ETH and ILV ==> SLP ==> stake the SLP in the staking website in #🔗〕helpful-links
In the Illuvium Universe you can use eth to buy things (generates revenue for stalkers) or you can use silv2 to buy thing from the DAO (not p2p) this generates no revenue for stakers, but therefor burns an ilv which reduces the total amount of ilv Token.
The landsale generated roughly 80 million $ income, but most of it was Silv2 (so no revenue)
If all of that 80 million would have been eth every ilv you had staked would have generated 8-10$ revenue for this landsale. Sidenote: since silv2 can only be obtained from yieldfarming, there will be a time after yieldfarming ends when there is no silv2 anymore
And therefor it’s tough when people say that revenue of this landsale was „low“ when it was actually not, you always have to take everything into account and see the bigger picture 🤗
any ideas what percentage of land sale profits are paid currently as revdis?
I thought it was roughly a $1 per token staked on max weight for rev divs of land sale, is it because eth retraced…
i'm trying to figure out with some level of accuracy how impermanent loss will effect revdis.
do i have this right?
example: it's fictional numbers to make the math easy, but do i have to concept and ratios correct?
1 SLP. it has 1 ILV and 1 ETH. it gives revdis of 1.
ILV doubles in value and ETH stays the same, i now have 1 SLP with 0.5 ILV and 1 ETH, i now get 0.5 revdis
SLP is not 1 ILV and 1 ETH. It's (for example) $100 ILV + $100 ETH which would mean sth like 0.90 ILV + 0.065.ETH
Also if ILV double in price the pool will sell your ILV to buy more AETH to restore the balance so you will end up with more ETH and less ILV
So what I'm really looking for is how much will an increase in price of ILV reduce my revdis earned from SLP stakes. If ILV were to double in price and ETH stayed the same, would my number of ILV in my SLP stakes go to half and my revdis along with it?
I just spent my nest egg of ILV on a new SLP stake and immediately had a feeling that I made a horrible mistake. If ilv were to moon and ETH not so much, how bad did I screw my revdis?
Your RevDis is based on whatever ILV your SLP contains. The more you lose ILV due to impermanent loss, the less RevDis you get, for that, you are receiving more Yield
so when my SLP loses ILV, i get more yield but less revdis?
1 SLP receives more yield compared to 1 ILV in the single pool. SLP always receives less RevDis compared to ILV
(tha is if it was initially put it in form of ILV and not SLP, because SLP contains half ILV in terms of $)
For example, if I have $200 and buy just ILV and stake it, I will get less Yield but more RevDis
If I turn it to $100 ILV and $100 SLP I get more Yield and less RevDis (excluding impermanent loss cuz losing ILV to IL means getting even less RevDis)
i really appreciate the time you're taking to respond to me. i'm not sure i'm making myself clear. i understand what the ILV and SLP pools are my friend. and i know the basic concept of LPs. what i don't understand, is how much does a change in ILV price change:
- the amount of ILV each of my SLP contains
- the amount of revdis i earn from the SLP?
i am not looking for exact numbers, i just need a general idea for peace of mind. does a double in ILV price half the ILV contained in each SLP? does a double in ILV price half the revdis earned from the SLP?
i've watched a TON of videos and read articles and found a impermanent loss calculator but all of them only talk about a persons stake increasing or decreasing in overall value. none of them touch on how change effects the balance of each token and none of them talk about how changes in price effect yield paid in one of the tokens.
For 1) it's hard to say as the price of ETH also changes so there are more variables to consider. I believe you can find some calculators in pinned messages to help you with the amount of rewards you can get.
For 2) that depends on 1) which totally depends on how much ILV is left in your SLP.
i feel confused and desperate. i believe in the project and the team, and i'm glad i invested my hard earned money but i feel like i put it in the wrong pool and screwed myself. i'm using these calculators i got from the pins but they are unbelievably complicated and require manual input in fields that i don't know how to calculate. i've been working 100+ hours per week for over a year to save up my ILV and now i feel like by staking it in SLP, if ILV goes up significantly when the game launches (which ligically it will) my investment it will be near worthless as far as revdis and yield are concerned. i'm so frustrated and i'm not getting any answers.
i'm not looking for guarantees or advice, or exact numbers. i just want to know in general how and how much, yield and revdis are effected by ILV price change. i know ETH can move price as well. i'm talking about the chang in price of ILV as compared to ETH. PLease someone anyone help.
I can't give you exact or rough numbers in what you will earn or can earn. All I can say is that SLP is a higher risk higher reward kind of pool where you accept the risk to earn more Yield. So changes in price affects what you get as RevDis. ILV on the other hand has smaller risk cuz it is not exposed to IL so the amount of RevDis it receives is fixed as well. The only risk with it is it might be locked and if you wanna sell, you can't and just need to wait until it is unlocked. Many are staking in SLP since the APY (for Yield) is high and since RevDis has yet to be a substantial number, so they decide betting on SLP is better than betting on RevDis atm.
will yield in ILV earned from the SLP pool go down as the price goes up compared to ETH?
i'm stressing out because in my understanding that i hope and pray is incorrect. both yield AND revdis from SLP go down as ILV price goes up compared to ETH. if that is correct that if i assume the project will be a smashing success, then SLP is a bad move this close to launch
I don't have any of the answers to your questions, but I do want to to offer my perspective on your frustration.
Imo, there's absolutely nothing you can do if your assets are locked in either pool until they are vested. You can try to speculate how much you earn (which I don't think is possible with so many changing factors, the recession rumors, the merge rumors, unlocks, game release, revenue/month, etc), but I don't see how it will help your frustration.
In a situation like this, I just focus on what I can do in the present and just let the thing I can't control be. At least you're making the most of your time in the present instead of speculating on speculations 😵 I usually feel better after some time of not dwelling on it too much.
Alright, so basically IL will only screw your hard if ILV token drops to super low prices, that would mean not only your SLPs are worthless but also your rewards are worthless but in that case its not a matter of which pool you chose, rather you just picked up the wrong project. Now regarding which pool to chose, SLP pool will grant you much higher rewards for at least a year because for now the rewards for the slp pool are still decent. What is more, there is no revdis and there wont be meaningful revdis (im my opinion) for at least a year. If ILV skyrockets your staking rewards will be worth huge money even if you lose a bit on IL in the pool. If it doesn't, you will still earn more than in ILV pool. To sum up, right now SLP will grant you higher rewards however please take into account that you lock your money for a year and then the rewards are locked for a year so your liqidity is gone and you will not be able to sell when you want to. This is only my opinion and what i decided to do with my money, not a financial advice.
The yield (number of ILV tokens you receive) do not change based on price fluctuations. It only changes based on the total money in the pool and the decreasing rewards each fortnight
Sorry sth came up had to tend to that, I see @south fable already answered you
thank you so much!!! that clearly answers one of my questions. you have no idea how much pressure that just relieved for me lol
No problem fam, if you have any more questions ill do my best to help
very much appreciated my friend!!!
one more question if you don't mind.
as a very broad concept do yo know what kind of effect price change of ILV compared to ETH has on the number of ILV in 1 SLP?
i'm just looking for really general concepts here lol i am well aware that there are a massive number of variables for an actual number or accurate ratio, i'm just not sure i have the concept of the big picture nailed down and need a general point in the right direction.
am i on the right track if i say that the ILV/ETH ratio in each 1 SLP matches the ratio in the pool as a whole? so if i were to calculate that i would have my answer?
if this is correct, my very general guesstimate of any LP would be that if the price of one asset goes up compared to the other, the ratio of that asset in each LP token would go down roughly equal to half of the change? (came up with that by just comparing it to a physical weight ratio.). just looking for someone to tell me if my pointing in the right direction or way off base
Lol wanted to send a link and my whole reply got deleted ;p You can type "slp eth ilv zerion" in google to find a page which shows the exact numer of ilv and eth tokens in each slp token. Now regarding the ratio, it does change in the way you explained above however i am not sure by how much. It is true that if ilv ourperforms ETH by a long shot then you will end up with less ILV tokens, this is the risk you take. I do however believe you will also earn enough rewards to make up for it.
If you buy 100 ilv tokens and an equal worth of eth and put slp in it, you will earn around 200 ilv tokens in 1 year (or even more) so even if something crazy happens to ilv you will end up with at least 200 tokens + the tokens remaining in the slp
it makes a big differencce for me knowing that the ILV yield from SLP does not change with the price.
The only risk is that the seed unlocks will be locked into slp thus increasing the total money in the pool, lowering the yield
now the yield for SLP is based on the USD value and then that is calculated into ILV based on it's price?
or is it just pegged on ILV and it's worth whatever the market is at the time?
Well not the only risk but one of the greater risks. Nope, the yield works in the following way. There are X ilv tokens distributed to all stakers in the pool daily. If 1000 tokens are distributed daily and there are 1000 slp token in the pool, each slp token receives 1 ilv. If now a whale puts another 100 slp tokens into the pool, that means the following day 1000 ilv tokens will be distributed among 1100 slp tokens, therefore your slp tokens will receive less rewards.
USD price does not matter. The APY in the webpage is just an estimate for this current moment and it can change any time.
got it. that is so much simpler than i was making it lol. it kinda seems ATM like since the unlock, most of the seed tokens have gone toward ILV or got sold
@cunning perch @mighty rover and especially @south fable
i owe all of you a huge thank you. i was really stressing myself out for a minute and all of you were very helpful. you were patient, persistent and articulate. you are true community assets, thank you so so so much!!!
I have a question about staking. I have rewards that have been vesting over a year and are now ready to claim. If I leave them in the contract are they considered as staked and keep earning staking rewards, or do I need to claim them and then stake them to earn with them?
You don't have to do anything
Thanks. So how is their yield calculated, given that now when you stake you have to choose a lockup period?
Stays the same as before
Before it was gazillion APY. But it changed many times since then and now it's tiered. I have no clue how much I'm earning with these ILV right now. What if it's better to withdraw and then stake them for a longer period? How can I know the difference in APY?
You can see the APY on the staking app
It shows the APY for 1 year lockups (currently 15.56%). Is that the APY I'm getting also for rewards that became unlocked?
Hey Shai-- yeah, you'll be earning that same APY on any ILV rewards you claim and it's actually starting from the day you do the claim transaction 🙂
So if you claim ILV rewards today, they are locked for 12 months, but they will be earning that APY while they are locked AND even after they are unlocked, until you decide to withdraw the tokens to your wallet.
Is there a link to where I can see how much ILV and ETH is in 1 SLP?

@worn turtle <@&821154860816793604> can we just get a ban on this bot please
I have a question that's probably been addressed before, but if I stake SLP for 3months..
Once it's unlocked and I continue to leave it staking for a year, would I get the same return as if I locked it for 12months?
no after unlocked it continues with the same weight and yield as the previous lock (3 months in this example)
no matter how long you leave it
so if you intend to leave it for a long time the best thing is to put it in a long lock, otherwise you will have to withdraw and stake again to receive the yield of a longer lock
Ah okay. Thanks. I saw the weight and people talk about the weight, but I honestly never really understood it. Is the weight in regards to the apy?
Or is it like the weight of 1.50 x apy? (Ex:1.50 x 144apy = 216%) I've watched several videos on it and never really understood this. Lol
the weight refers to the distribution of profits, the 1-month lock has a weight of 1 and the 12-month lock has a weight of 2, which essentially means that those who have a 12-month lock receive twice as much profit sharing as those who lock Minimum
I suggest these articles if you want to understand the details and differences of each stake type: #🥩〕staking message
Ah. Gotcha. Thanks a lot!!
Hi, where are revdis distribution details stored? in terms of actual payments made
doesn't have a place to track revdis yet, only through the vault wallet
Thanks, how will I know if I've received any - I have ILV staked in the ILV Pool
You can see it on the staking portal
ok, I'll have a look - thanks, how often are they paid out?
and do I need to have been staking for the entire period?
Yes, you have to be staking to get revdis. Payouts seem to be random
Hey guys, just wondering, if we are in the slp pool if where break up our pool and claim our ilv and eth beacause the price has dropped so much with both tokens does that mean there will be a lot of impermanent loss?
if we break up our slp tokens later in the bull cycle when prices have gone up could there be less impermeant loss?
It depends on the relative value of the tokens. If your ILV was 500/4000 (so 1/8) and now is 100/800 (still 1/8) you wouldn't have made any impermanent loss. It's just that your tokens are worth less.
ah got you, ill do the calculations on when i bought in
A bull run similarly won't necessarily impact your Impermanent Loss. The only way that happens is when the ILV and Eth tokens diverge from one another. This will likely happen once the game comes out, as Revdis will pump the ILV token while the Eth value won't be impacted through gameplay (Except that the volume might go up a bit because of people buying Eth to use in-game)
The other route is that the ILV value could go down if the game is postponed for a loong time and people start to sell their ILV and ILV value drops compared to Eth.
yeah thanks garf, makes sense, so right now as it stands if my ilv has dropped at a higher ratio than my eth that means ill lose some of my eth in impermanent loss to balance out the pool?
Yes, if ILV dropped faster compared to Eth then you will get more ILV tokens back and less Eth than that you put in before
Impermanent profit
Usually ilv and eth goes together up or down. So there aren't really impermanent loss
Maybe in near future we gonna see ilv raising a lot comparing to eth. There you gonna see impermanent loss
so how much RevDis should I be getting per ILV token staked. for the land sale only. And is the Revdis slowly increasing because of the sell as well in the illuvidex.
the last estimate from @elder dawn was $1 per ILV if its at 2x weight I am not a math's person so not sure if that estimate is current
i have an issue with steaking and my wallet i clicked stake to stake my ilv and it said i need to approve my wallet it charged my wallet the current gas fee but did not allow me to stake anything then i click stake again and it repeated the same thing asking me to approve wallet again but it already took my gas fee am i doing somethign wrong?
please @ me with a reply
Did your first tx actually go through? Or did it fail
it charged me so i assumed it went through
That doesn’t mean it completes
Failed tx still charge you
do i have to include a approved ammount at the set ammount? or can i switch that to 0
i just re did it when the gas droped to 5 and it worked your right it probably failed before how often do we have to re approve it?
ty for info n help
You only have to approve it once
hi guys. just a question
how to convert my SLP back to ILV and ETH in sushiswap? can you help me?
Hey. You open Sushi ==> click add liquidity ==> in the URL bar, change "add" to "remove" ==> and turn it back to ETH and ILV
saw it. thank you very much 🙂
How many ILV tokens are unlocking from early funders since June? Where can I find the vesting contracts/release dates?
Dang okay thanks👍🏼
Hey guys, how many ilv i need to stake to get 60 ilv in return after 1 year considering apr will drop....
if i claim my revenue distrubution will i then pay gas fee?
Then i quess i need to wait for more revenue distrubution before it will be woth it to claim 😂
You and me both 😄
hey guys, can we acummulate rev dis. so we can claim a larger amount?
Yes, if you don't claim it your RevDis will accumulate
Does anyone know If I would be able to move my SLP token once the Vesting is done
only if you withdraw and send it to another wallet (but then you have to stake it again)
yeah once its unlocked as SLP token i can just move the SLP token to a new wallet and add it to another SLP I have going on.
yes, but then you will have to stake the LP token again and it will enter a new vesting period
I understand, I will start a second one I guess. Few months ago someone faked Fraggy 😦 and I fell for it. So I really don't have a choice here!
Hi Guys, why does Unstaking send the old sILV1 to our wallets?
Can see all the unstakes here: https://etherscan.io/token/0x398aea1c9ceb7de800284bb399a15e0efe5a9ec2
It put some in my wallet when I unstaked as well, should it just put ILV?
are V1 tokens so there is sILV dust that can be sent as a result of a difference between the blocks
You mean the yield earned between two Ethereum blocks? It actually pays us for that difference?
Never seen a contract like this before
is a function of V1 contract, now it doesn't have a function anymore because the sILV was replaced so it's just a remnant of a yield that can't be claimed in ILV
do we continue to get rewards once the vesting 12 months ends? (or do we need to relock it to get maximum rewards?)
No need to relock for now, you keep earning
question, when i decide in like 10 years to take some profits, can i aggregate claiming my unlocked rewards? cuz not sure if i should take this 0.0001ILV claim from single stake while i grabbing one from SLP ^^
so I am still getting maximum weight when staking?
Yes
awesome
!revdis
The DAO distributes 100% of vault revenue to token holders.
Revenue distributions are claimed through the official Staking App as unlocked ILV. The vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by the main Sushi pool, which increases the token price.
I'll make a private thread for you. Give me a min
Hi guys. I have a question. How does apy work in staking? Does it go up or it only goes down? Sorry I'm still studying it and getting ready to join in. Thank you!
When the vesting period of rewards is over, claiming the unlocked rewards require a separate transaction for each vested reward? Or can we get all the rewards in one transaction?
You should be able to withdraw all unlocked rewards with 1 transaction, from what I can tell. On the vesting page, there will be "checkboxes" next to each unlocked rewards batch. Check as many as you want then click the "Withdraw" button to process the transaction 🙂
It is primarily going to be on a downtrend-- the amount of rewards being given out is a fixed amount and it decreases by 3% every 2 weeks which results in a decreasing APR.
Then also as more and more people stake their tokens in the pools, the APR will continue to drop as well.
good day.
why number in site 82809859$ https://staking.illuvium.io/staking
different from volume on smart contract
https://etherscan.io/address/0xe98477bDc16126bB0877c6e3882e3Edd72571Cc2 24364566$
I see thank you!
Thanks, that is really good news as I claim rewards every several days. That would be a lot of gas to claim all of those rewards individually.
I am adding to my staking bag like it's early 2021 .. 💜
I'm having a failed claim today again . Using Metamask on PC. https://etherscan.io/tx/0x30ce807d15f46a2519fa0b531351f3fa7367910e962bd019ed4ea0f3ba00dd02
This happens on mobile or on PC, feels bad throwing ETH away when I claim. Any advice would be appreciated
anyone know how much longer the rev dis will continue? i am getting some but very little at a time.
it is being done little by little, it doesn't have an end date, the most efficient way to follow the progress is through the vault wallet
it will go on forever
I never withdrew my xyz during its flash pool, but I just noticed now that it is now gone from my dashboard. Anyone knows how to withdraw it?
^ im looking for chainlink i had in here months ago but don’t see the flash pool here either or see my balance .. any ideas?
have you tried this process?#🥩〕staking message
If I want to stake for 1 yr from now, which pool do you guys suggest me to stake? Is SLP still good enough with the current yield? Please @ me if you are replying to my message. Thanks!
any1 else problems claiming?
I'll make private thread
SLP is the one to go for if staking for 1 year ino nfa. The additional return you get with the higher apy easily offsets the reduction in revidis
There is 754 ETH left out of initial 4,000 ETH.. so 2 days of revdis left
Has all the revdis now been distributed from the initial landsale?
Thanks for this info!
Anyone else bullish 💜 staking with Gwei at 5 and V2 wow it's better than 12mths ago and the price of ILV is about the same. Got to to more bullish 4 #🥩〕staking imo
still has around 750 eth i think
What is revdis?

@timber sequoia Not quite-- Jim called it. Around 750 eth left.
You can see it here: https://etherscan.io/address/0xaa2e727ba59b4fea24d0db4e49a392fdc3e8e778#internaltx
get to the oky team because they have extended the block but at the seed they do not agree to give them something
seed pre seed*
if they want to get the rewards they have to stop staking again
The revdis worked out to around 1 dollar per token right?
I broke my staking cherry y’all!
This is decent! Any idea of the breakdown of seed vs team tokens? Thanks
lol 1ish$ to claim rewards, nice
ser is this a public dashboard?
My dashboard is public in the pinned here. But this light version is new and use lot of extract from the différents wallets so maybe I’ll find the energy to release a new version, illuvi-soon-ish 🥹
how will we know that the rev dis is finished? i want to claim my rev dis
whats 1 SLP worth these days in Eth/ILV terms
$942,48
0,276 WETH/3,956 ILV
i have not tried this no
Lol I came to ask the very same question:)
This is the vault wallet so when this is out of ETH then all the revdis has been distributed.
https://etherscan.io/address/0xaa2e727ba59b4fea24d0db4e49a392fdc3e8e778
Why are there days that the vault is not distributing revenue? Is that according to the IIP?
Right now the revdis transaction is done manually and the team took the weekend off so im guessing thats why it didnt happen for a couple days.
When I redeem my SLP staking rewards, I should have more SLP than I originally staked right? So that when I change it back to ETH and ILV on Sushiswap, I should receive more ETH and ILV right? Or just more ILV?
I don't think you'll get more SLP as the rewards are given in ILV, so when you redeem your SLP you should get "the same" number or ETH and ILV as you put in minus "impermanent losses" this is from my understanding.
You do not get more SLP tokens. But how much eth/ILV is in each of those SLP tokens changes (the 0.25% swap fees yield received by all liquidity providers gets added to the swap pool and each SLP holder retains a their portion and impermanent loss).
Hey friends. I got a lot of ILV/SLP that unlocked within the last weeks. Are they still earning staking rewards with the weight of "2"?
If you don't withdraw, yes
I apologize if this is the wrong thread for this question. With the Illuvitar sale being on IMX, as I understand it, funds first have to be moved to IMX. Will claiming staking rewards and claiming revdis also be done through IMX at some point in the future? If not, leaving some of my small amount of ETH out of IMX will be a factor for claiming, is that right?
This is probably going to happen with staking v3 but is no priority atm
Okay, thanks, good to know for planning where to keep funds.
oh wow, didn't know this
Won’t be anytime soon but yeah v3
Mmmm how is the Illuvitar sale on IMX? Do we mean we're doing the sale same as landsale, sale on L1 but mint on L2?
Otherwise how are we accepting sILV2 as a payment if that's all on L1?
sILV2 will still be usable after onboarding to IMX
do we somehow have to transfer/bridge sILV2 to IMX or does it stay in our L1 wallet?
it was not said how this integration would be, but based on the other currencies accepted in IMX, probably sILV2 should be transferred so it can be used on L2
wow the dashboard is amazing. absolutely amazing. thank you ser
i became a staker today
Congrats 🙂 How was the staking process for you?
I just added more SLP into staking but the ILV earned daily hasn't changed. Any reason for that?
Was the amount very significant in relation to what you had?
I think it shows the amount of ILV that you earned over the last 24 hours so it should be updated in a day.
yep, you can wait a little longer to see if it updates
nice a straightforward. i like the dashboard a lot. i staked for a smaller amount of time just to get my toes wet
been watching the project for a while so it feels nice to be a part of it now 🙂
Last time I topped up it took 4-6 hours to update some of the metrics.
Daily earn might even be longer TBH
Thanks for the answers everyone. I'll wait and check tomorrow again
are you not able to claim silv from revdis? cant remember if that was supposed to be a thing
RevDis can only be claimed as ILV, sILV2 only in rewards
Nope, way back it got brought up as an idea, but it never got formally proposed.
dammm ok wish it was an option. oh welll thanks guys
there is no lock period so it doesn't make much difference at the end of the day
Sell the ILV and then buy sILV2 on uniswap you'll get like 3 times as much.

Anyone know why my Total ILV claimed didn't go up when I did my latest claims? It was only like 5 mins ago, but usually it updates instantly I thought
Did the transaction get confirmed on the blockchain? You can always try clearing browser cache and restarting
Yes, the ILV was claimed and transaction was successful. But my total ILV claimed didn't go up, at least he amount shown on dashboard
I think the same thing happened on 2x of my wallets
I’d say check back in a day. It’ll probably update.
Sounds silly but refresh the page maybe?
Who can have a name.eth and use MetaMask, can you help me?
Fo some reason my name after upload to the wallet changed my wallet’s name on mobile, but not in a chrome app.
Also I have a land with my name on it, but in stacking it still shows account number. Can you tell me, is it normal or I have some kind of a sync problem?
It's normal. The Illuvium staking website only shows your address, not your ENS name.
Hi! My claim rewards always show up in my dashboard as soon as i claim it but it has not reflected yet and it has been almost an hour and not showing. Can we pls check this?
Try clearing cookies and caché, re enter the staking page and see if that works
Tried that multiple times
Hey guys, what's the current ratio of ilv / eth to make 1 whole slp? Cheers
But what does etherscan says? was the transaction successful?
Right now it is around 3.99ILV/ 0.28ETH there is the sushi analytics page that you can reach from etherscan inputting the SLP contract 👉 #🔗〕helpful-links
Thanks! 🙂
OMG! now you answering!! and i spent last 20 min making my own calculator to answer mabbsy😂
hi anyone knows if the rev dis is completed? or is there still more left. i just got another one today
About 250 ETH left
ok thanks. this means there is maybe one more round and then we are done. so if we claim the rev dis, this is unstaked? and we could put it back into the slp pool? or we can just do whatever we want with it like convert to eth?
Yes
Appreciate you!! Thanks 🙂
now i feel guilty
mostly i did it for myself cuz got curious when i saw your question 😅
cool thanks so much!
Its good now, just turned off-on my iphone. Thanks for your help
Hi Tholky, thanks for your help! Turned off-on my iphone and everything is in now. Thanks!
I don't think I helped that much 😝. But I'm glad to hear all is good 👍
Ah. Mobile wallets can get wonky pretty quickly.
Would you claim silv2 from staking or just buy it from the market via eth?
depends on the objective
guys once rev dis is finished are you gonna claim your ilv?
That really must depend on how much revdis ILV is sitting waiting to be claimed and how much the claim transaction will cost.
iF you claim your Revdis, and you claim from SLP and ILV staking together do you just pay one gas fee how much is the fee?
Revdis claims will be separate from yield reward claims.
yes sorry I mean revdis separates between the 2 types of stakings
you can claim the revdis both together or separately. Do we just pay one gas fee for claiming?
There would be a single transaction and one gas fee made for whatever you were deciding to claim in that transaction
nice thanks
Revdis has 1 year vesting period?
No, revdis are unlocked
Nice. Thanks
Hey guys one thing I have noticed woth my ILV/ETH pool SLP there still is the v1 icon even though I upgraded it to v2 way back. Is this a concern?
Not at all. It's normal. Only claims made after the v2 release don't have that icon.
Nop not a concern, it means that it is still a v1 stake but it has been updated to be read by the v2 contract. If it is generating rewards then all is good 😉
Yes, my staking rewards totals were updated when I checked today. I wonder why it was delayed. Ususally it updates very quickly.
my years done i can jus leave the slp in there right, dont need to unlock or do anything
yes SLP will stay at the weight that it was locked at, so if you did a year it should be 2.0 weight and will stay at that until withdrawn
is rev dis finished?
I’m checking now
About 250 ETH left I believe
thanks! just waiting for the rev dis to finish. and then can concentrate on stacking illuvitar disks!

lol da liz is in effect!!!
da liz is very effective indeed 😄
Dang it I seem to have misplaced my link to the wallet
ahhahahh yes liz plus illuvium equals power to da people!!!!
Can we claim revdis rewards currently?
yes, just go to the "rewards" tab on the staking site and make the claim
So can we claim pending rewards and RevDis rewards at the same time or do I have to do two transactions?
It would be two separate transactions
So I have some ILV which is staked at 2.0 weight...their year is almost yep...do i have to restake them again after my 1 year is up?
almost up*
You don’t have to! Once unlocked, the tokens will remain staked until you decide to withdraw them. And they will continue earning the estimated APR at your original token weight you had during the lock period 👍
But do I still get revdis on those unlocked tokens?
yes
at 2.0 weight?
yep
Yup! All of the same rewards at the same weight 🙂 I think that’s pretty sweet!
So basically once they've been locked for a year I get to keep all the benefits if I just keep them there without re-staking....
do i gain anything by re-staking?
As the tokenomics stand right now, yup. That is correct. You don’t need to restake as the tokens are already staked
You gain a new lock period of 1 year 😄
after unlock the tokens continue to receive revdis and yield with the same weight as they were initially placed, so if you lock for 2 month and leave it longer the yield remains at 2 months it does not increase
awesome! that's soooo cool. But I can also withdrawal them at anytime yeah?
Correct. Then you would need to restake and lock for 1 year if you want to receive rewards again at a 2.0 token weight.
gotcha...now i understand. Super happy with that logic. Thanks so much! I was worried i would have to "relock" them. I've got 25 more ILV i want to stake at 2.0 weight and now I will cuz my previous staked tokens 12 month lock period is up soon but i don't need to keep the 25 on the exchange for liquidity reasons...my soon-to-be unlocked 2.0 tokens are basically liquid and receive all the benefits as if they were locked...so cool!
Ok last question...revdis, so unclaimed revdis, does it earn anything? I guess I should claim them and then stake them for a year yeah?
Unclaimed RevDis will not earn anything, just like pending yield farming rewards.
and claimed revdis doesn't earn anything either...i need to stake them right?
Right! Upon claiming RevDis, it’s immediately withdrawn to your wallet so yeah, then you’d need to manually stake it and lock for a year if you want to earn with the 2.0 token weight 👍
perfect! this is why I love Illuvium! 100% fair!!!
The tokenomics are sound and once they clicked with me, I dove in haha. Welcome to the club!
Gunna get that sweet sweet revdis for years to come!!! lol
Is there any way we can see what the apr was at a week or 2 weeks ago and stuff like that? There a location onchain?
Or would I have to discern the stakers added over time and work backwards?
For a rough estimate you could search APR in this staking chat? Feel like someone asks the APR once a week atleast and someone replies
This is quite literally genius
Looking forward to watching whatever video you use it for!
kinda tired but have an idea for a video for tonight
hey guys, I have some rewards that are unlocked now, what happens if I withdraw them ? and what happens if I dont ?
- does my unlocked tokens automatically continue to get compounded at 2.0 weight?
Your tokens wont act differently until a proposal is put through that changes the mechanic
So lets just say if ETH price is gonna stay stable and ILV will continue to go down, I need to work out if the ILV staking will balance the ILV going down in value
The million dollar question haha
Hi mate cool videos btw
I also have an ILV SLP V1 unlock in the next 7 days .. og ilv me 🤣
I need to move it to my hardware wallet with its new addy
Is the process, go onto stake and you suddenly then see an "unstake " button ?
Or @final steppe if your about mate
I assume so hahaha. You may be able to migrate it to a different wallet without actually unlocking it. I'd confirm with someone
Na needs to be unlocked , I asked about this long ago. It's a V1 thing I think. I am ok to relock it on the new address and just send it as an Sushi ILV LP as is to my other address.
Just wondering about the unstake process as it's been close to a year and I have not seen or heard of how it's done ? Unstake button ? Can't see one
Maybe in 7 days one appears ?
You will have to withdraw it from the Vesting tab, move it to a Cold Wallet and then restake if you want. It means you will lose your right to get RevDis for that token and Yield ofc and you will also lose the weight.
its in there somewhere
vest tab, there u go Arash is king 😛
Hey Arash its me mate 👍🏻 I bought a Lizard 🦎 and changed my profile pic
Thank you, Arash!
I realized 🙂 welcome to Lizards 😄
Thanks mate yes took me a while was distracted with other crypto things
Ok got it 🦎😂
What time zone is the date ?
I need to move it to my hardware SLP
you know why 😭
You can see the time on Etherscan. The TX where you staked initially.
On the dashboard Is it 17th August Australia
There you go then 🙂
Does anyone know where to see Revdis for the 4% fee ilv token holders get whenever there is an illuvidex sale? There should be some already from land resales. I assume this is separate from the land sale contract data for the most recent revenue distribution. Thanks.
I assume to see an update on this in the council meeting notes. Should be posted today or tomorrow
We recommend double checking on your Etherscan history. If you look at that transaction you did a year ago on etherscan when you first staked the transaction, it should show the exact time in your timezone, as far as I know.
Is there a benefit to not claiming rev distribution or does unclaimed earn more or none at all?
Unclaimed does not earn.
Thanks.
If you want the RevDis tokens to earn, you will need to claim them and re-stake them to compound rewards.
Or you can just hodl and leave them pending if you want to save on gas fees 🙂
The choice is yours!
Also if you stake again with the same wallet are their 2 staking contracts or 1?
You'll still be using the staking method... but the vesting periods are specific to each staked deposit as well as the claimed rewards.
Using a hypothetical scenario I posted before:
You staked 5 ILV for 12 months starting Jan 1st 2022.
You claimed your 1st batch of ILV rewards on Jan 9th 2022
You staked another 10 ILV for 12 months on April 2nd 2022.
Your initial staked 5 ILV is unlocked Jan 1st 2023
The 1st batch of rewards are unlocked Jan 9th 2023
Your 2nd stake of 10 ILV is unlocked April 2nd 2023.
Okay great and is revdis consolidated into one contract to claim or multiple contracts?
You'll see the pending RevDis is separated by the pools you're staked in. So when you go to claim it, you can claim only the RevDis from the ILV pool or only the ILV/ETH Pool (if you have tokens in both pools)... or you can claim the RevDis from both pools all together in one transaction.
+UTC time and I checked the hours on scan thx
Was told an automatic process will be set up for this. So whatever IMX royalties comes thru automatically goes to vault.
Oh okay, that's new
👍
New indeed - last i heard it was quite a manual process or something, awesome to hear
Is there a way to convert our account to a different address (hard wallet)?
No, only through the transfer of funds (which involves unstake of the tokens)
is the rev dis finished yet? did we get our last distribution today?
anyone can help?
hi do you know if all the eth has been distributed for the rev dis?
Yes, pretty much all ETH from the land sale has been spent on ILV for RevDis, from what I can see.
Etherscan address here: https://etherscan.io/address/0xaa2e727ba59b4fea24d0db4e49a392fdc3e8e778#internaltx
Yup. However, it’s possible there will still be some eth from the IlluviDex fees that hasn’t been transferred into the revdis wallet
thanks!
thanks so you mean that there could be one more rev dis coming up. if you claim the rev dis ilv is this free to do whatever you want?
Revdis is claimed directly to your wallet, unlocked.
You are able to claim whenever you'd like... but it's not "free" as you will have to pay ETH gas fees every time you claim. So it's best to wait for the RevDis to accumulate to a point where it makes sense for you to spend money in gas to claim it... NFA.
( I may have misinterpreted the question, but I feel like between Peli and I, the answer is there 😅 )

yes i want to wait until all the rev dis is done before i do any claiming.
My guess is the IlluviDex fees will actually keep piling up for awhile before it gets distributed
Gotcha thanks!
Fam anyone know if revdis is paid at a higher rate if you stake LP vs staking ILV????
In the same way the locked staking rewards are higher
You get revdis on the ILV part of the SLP
@median canyon hey sorry to tag you for this, but would it be possible to add a total vesting tab to the dashboard? it would be really helpfull to keep track of my portfolio if i could see the total currently vesting tokens.
Isn't this pretty much what Total ILV claimed is showing on the bottom? I know it is technically different. I'm looking at that one when determining my total rewards.
no, because if you claimed ilv and restake it it will show the total claimed still. but you wont know how much are still vesting because they don't *get removed from that count.
Guys, if not mistaken there were discussions about being able to move the staked tokens to a different wallet. Was this implemented when we moved to v2?
Not really. Pretty sure you can't move your staked tokes from v1 to another wallet unless you unstake them and lock them again.
I got that was not possible in v1 but my question was now that we moved from v1 to v2, is it possible in v2?
There are legitimate reasons why people would want to move it to different wallet
If you staked them in v1, you cannot move them. I think there were some things done if you staked them in v2. But migration does not count as staking them in v2.
fair enough. let's see if someone from the team could confirm the above
Check section "Secure Your Tokens In A New ETH Address Via Transfer Wallet" in this article:
https://medium.com/illuvium/42-all-you-need-to-know-about-staking-v2-94e77f295ff
you were right, no v1 history to use that feature. Thanks
You can just click on the ‘ILV’ option to the right of ‘total’ just above where it shows the $ value.
That’ll show how many ILV you have currently staking.
does this show all tokens including the eth/slp or is that purely single sided pool and vesting tokens only
single sided + vesting. To figure out how much ILV is in your SLP you need to do the math manually as far as im aware since its always changing.
Are others experiencing trouble withdrawing revdis/rewards today? I'm getting an invalid hash error

Still earning Revdis with the inicial weight and yield normally
5 different ilv/eth deposits will expire almost at the same time for me do we now have an option to upgrade them to v2 all at once?
upgrading to V2 is done at all stakes from V1
At once *
Idea for staking claims
As $5 RevDis and $5 claim fee as a solo option only is not great

#🥩〕staking
Reposted from #💬〕general @final steppe
Guys, I have like 5.5 SLP staked on Illuvium. I entered Sushi today to try to add more ILV/ETH on my liquidity pool, but it shows "no positions found". I have to create a new pool? Shouldn't it show the pool I made before?
no idea how sushi app works
Thanks Ramza! Just trying to keep the staking questions here as it may help others who come to this channel with similar questions 🙂
So— if your SLP tokens are currently staked on the Illuvium website, they technically are not in your wallet anymore and that’s why Sushi shows you don’t have any positions.
If you have more to add, you can continue to add to the ETH/ILV pool on Sushi just as you did before and you’ll receive new SLP tokens for that deposit.
Sushi will also show that you have that position in the pool… until you go and stake the SLP tokens on the Illuvium website again
got it. Now I have to decide if I stake my 11 ILV at the regular pool or make a new SLP...
Quick question to make sure I understand if I'm doing this right:
**Does it make sense to stake SLP or just buy MORE ILV if my goal is to have as much ILV as possible? **
For example: if the SLP token in $923 right now and let's say the average APR over the next year is 50%.
Formula = ($923 * 50%)/$114 = 4.05 ILV per SLP token (is my calculation right)
Therefore, if I have $5,000 I can either purchase 43.86 ILV and stake in the ILV pool or I buy SLP ILV/ETH tokens and stake those.
I can buy 5.42 SLP tokens, roughly, which means I would get 5.42 * 4.05 = 21.95 ILV tokens for staking in the SLP pool.
So, based on the above, I would have 21.95 ILV from staking in the SLP pool plus my original 21.93 ILV I purchased as half of the ILV/ETH or 43.88 total.
To me, if we include impermeant loss, staking in the SLP pool at these prices and APR doesn't make sense.
Am I completely wrong or have I thought about this incorrectly?
Any help would be appreciated!
If we're SOLELY looking at maximizing ILV tokens, I believe your calculations are correct (though there are some assumptions you make, and one major one you missed - revdis).
Keep in mind that at the end of a year, with all your assumptions, you still have the ETH component of your SLP deposit, so while your ILV holdings would be comparable, you'd also have $2500 of ETH (assuming no price movement from start to finish).
With regards to revdis, at equal weights, an ILV only deposit gets double the revdis of an SLP deposit (since an SLP deposit is only 50% ILV by value, and only the ILV component receives revdis).
As you claim yield with an SLP or ILV only deposit, those claimed ILV are eligible for revdis while vesting.
TL;DR: If you're solely looking to maximize your ILV holdings, and your assumptions about the average APR over the next year are true, a SLP deposit is comparable to an ILV only deposit, but there are a lot of variables that could change that balance in either direction.
Appreciate the feedback. I think the fact that it could go either way is what is swaying me to do all ILV.
Was hoping for a $50 ILV, but might not see it so need to make a decision soon.
I also already have a large eth bag plus I feel ILV will outperform Eth in the next bull just because of Eth's market cap is so large already. My eth is more for staking + lending against at this point.
Regardless, appreciate the feedback and I know it's impossible to say for sure, but thought I would get another perspective or two.
I see what you have done there but you are not factoring in that you could trade your ETH used for SLP back to ILV in 12 months. Let’s say you did this at current prices , I know, very subjective, but you would have 21.95 plus 21.93 plus 21.93, which is significantly more than what you would get but just staking in ILV pool.
Bit of risk rewards there, impermanent loss etc, but the yield farming rewards in SLP will also outweigh rev divs return at this stage until the game really takes off.
So, i tried to claim my revenu distribution, but it says that the ILV are going in my "wallet"
ILV revenu distribution claim are not going in the ILV pool like others rewards?
So you do not need to upgrade them if you already upgraded. (Which I’m sure you did) The old v1 deposits simply remain as v1 deposits but are read by the v1 contract. Simply leave them and they keep earning as they have been.
If you want to WITHDRAW multiple unlocked deposits at the same time, you can do that. Then you could move it all to a different wallet (hardware) and stake it all again using that wallet or you could just stake it all again using the wallet that had been in v1. Whatever wallet you use staking again means locking again.
That is correct. Revdis is completely unlocked and goes directly to the wallet when claimed. You would need to stake them if you wanted them staked.
Throw it out there, what is everyone strat at the moment, many going for SLP or ILV and what’s your reason. I’m going for SLP for the next 3- 6 months, then to ILV as the yield farming rewards diminish.
thx!
why are my SLP rewards going down so rapidly? it's gone down over 5.5% in only 10 days.... that's over double the scheduled rate of decrease. the only reason i can see for that is if a huge amount of new SLP was being added to the pool. that is not the case though
there is a 3% reduction every fortnite approx.
yes i know that my friend. so in 10 days there should have only been one reduction at most. so my rewards would have decreased by 3%. but they have decreased by just over 5.5%. that's almost double.
the 2.5% variation can be caused by the normal fluctuation of the APY regarding liquidity, apart from the fact that the UI may not update per block every time, make an average of the rewards you are receiving, it is a more accurate way to calculate the yield
ok. yeah i was just looking at the daily reward posted on the dashboard. it keeps going down every few days but doesn't ever seem to fluctuate back up. it just kinda caught my attention. ill trend it over the next few days and see if it comes out in the wash.
I will get 1,32 SLP in 1 month back. How much Money will it be?
1 SLP is around $907 atm. in one month, lots of things might have changed
I think its because the rewards are calculated in ILV. So, if ILV go down and eth go up or keep flat(thats just what happening lately), the APY go down quickly. But not have changed, you still having the same ilv daily
To my knowledge, itbworks like this (besides the 3% drop every fortinite):
If eth goes to $3000 and ilv keep at $115, this apy should reduce a lot
If eth keep $1600 and ilv goes $500, the apy may mantain or even go higher
Where do you track the SLP value?
Google Zerion ETH/ILV
The only eth/ILV SLP tokens you get back are the tokens you deposited. The REWARDS are claimed as either ILV or sILV2
If my ilv staking rewards with 2xweight become unlocked and withdrawable, yet I don't withdraw, then they continue to yield rewards same as before correct?
Correct
Is there any place in the staking page where you can see the withdrawal transactions?
Do you mean the tokens that are unlocked and can be withdrawn?
That would be the Vesting tab 🙂
No I mean the tokens I already withdrew...
Hmm, good question! As far as I know, I actually don't think that is shown on the Staking site but I'll take another look.
I would refer to your Etherscan transactions to keep track of that for now.
Ok last question and thanks for the quick answers: my initial deposit in ILV staking became unlocked in July. I did a partial withdrawal from it. Am I correct to assume the remainder continues to yield same rewards as before?
My assumption would be yes. I haven’t processed or viewed a partial rewards claim scenario myself though!
If you check your Vesting page, are you able to see the remaining tokens from your deposit on there? If so, it should still display the token weight they have… and that should hopefully be the same token weight you set when you first staked and locked them
Yes the remainder of the tokens is there with 2x weight, same as initial weight back in July 2021.
So I think I am good..
Sweet! Yup, so those tokens that remain are still earning the max in terms of yield. 2.0 is the highest token weight 🙂
that helps a lot to have a MA visualization. thank you. i've been trending the changes in rewards, but your spreadsheet kung-fu is way stronger than mine. my trends haven't been going any further than claim to claim, so about 5-10 days and then it starts over. zoomed out, it makes a lot more sense
If my staking of slp was on v1 and it unlocks, do I have to migrate it to v2? Or can I just simply leave it be?
If you updated it, you can just leave it be and it will keep earning rewards with the same weight
@pure eagle and revdis?
You also get RevDis (of the ILV part of your SLP) if you don't withdraw (just leave it there)
@pure eagle So as long as I keep it(v1 SLP) staked, it will be linked and considered as v2? But if I pull it out of staking then i must restake in v2?
If you upgraded it then yes, v2 will read your v1 staking. If you unstake any deposit and you stake again it will do so straight into the v2 contract
@pure eagle Thank you.👍
Hey I'm sure this has been asked before but if I've already staked in the ilv and slp pools is it possible to put it all on a ledger storage device if I just got one, thanks in advance guys, go ilv team
only if you transfer the tokens, which involves their unstake and subsequent stake with the ledger
Oh right got you, yeah that makes sense, thanks a lot
You can import your old wallet onto a ledger and then only use that wallet for your staking needs using the ledger. You can then delete the hot versions you may have. It’s something but you will still be using the wallet that had once been hot, even though it’ll now be cold.
So the annual return for staking is 10 percent roughly?
Current APR is 14%, of course that drops over time. Revdis is expected to start kicking in in 6-9(?) months possibly, that will boost earnings.
I love checking the dashboard every couple of days 😌
Hey bro, i didn't know this is something you could do. Do you know of any guides explaining how to do it?
Yeah. Ledger has a walkthrough
Hmm cant seem to find it.
Im looking
Ledger Live app used to offer an option to import an old seed into the device when launching it.
https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4787030390301-Should-you-seed-your-12-word-Metamask-secret-recovery-phrase-into-your-Ledger-device-?docs=true
I may have downplayed the less secure nature of this. But it is a little better than leaving your wallet in metamask.
No, it's not safe to import (seed) your Metamask 12-word secret recovery phrase into your Ledger device.
Unlike a Ledger wallet which is a hardware wallet, Metamask is a software wallet. Software...
It is not recomended to import a hot wallet into a hardware wallet. You're defeating the purpose, which is security!
You should know that if your how wallet was exposed, it might be compromised even if it wasn't drained. Adding it to a hardware wallet post-factum does nothing. IMHO stay safe and create a wallet from within ledger.
@glacial scroll take care with this. Learn a bit about it before doing it.
@brisk surge essentially yes
erh
its kind of misleading to go by etherscan, cause I believe there is about 100k ILV atm that is not "minted" but could be at any moment by the earlier stakers
Okay so wait I am confused.
Lets restart.
Whats the TVL breakdown of single staking pool?
total TVL = $172mm = 1.5mm ILV
-
Illuvium: Migrate contract = 114k
-
ILV core pool = 92.877
-
we are missing 1.3mm ILV
the ILV given to the stakers (from July21 till now) is not showing but is the majority of the TVL
@hexed bough how is the TVL calculated from the site if you can help us
Staking rewards aren’t actually minted until they are withdrawn so you won’t see them in onchain data. The contract just keeps track of how much reward has been earned and includes it in the yield calculation.
Similarly team and seed tokens that have been unlocked but not withdrawn from their vesting contract are also not on chain. This is why the circulating supply shows around 750k but the ‘true’ circ supply is around 1.1 million if you count those tokens that have become unlocked but not withdrawn to be minted on chain.
So you should be able to find TVL by taking the 1.9m rewards distributed and subtracting the number of sILV2 claimed, plus Illuvium migrate, plus ILV core.
does the staking UI work good for u guys ?
i get Network error, so no values show up
Are you in the ETH network?
this error happens when the wallet is on another network like BSC or MATIC for example
im on ethereum yes
Why is Claimed ILV forced into a new lockup? Why am I not given choice?
This is how the tokenomics contracts were designed
If you choose to claim your tokens as ILV, they will automatically be locked for 12 months, vesting in the ILV Core Pool and earning the estimated APY of that pool during that time.
If you choose to claim your tokens as sILV2, they are withdrawn to your wallet immediately. But keep in mind they are much different tokens as sILV2 cannot be staked or earn rewards. It is spent on in-game fees or in Illuvium ecosystem sales such as land and Illuvitar sales.
The Tokenomics article on Medium: https://medium.com/illuvium/9-tokenomics-launchpad-and-reward-details-5894c3b356be
Ah, Darn, should have updated myself on this info before un-staking original amount. Done claims before to continue staking, but didn't find the current claim of 0.96 to be worth throwing back into the pool. Thank you for your reply.
Woof woof
you mean until they are "claim" right. only then the rewards move to ILV Core pool vested for 12 more months
this is not correct I think. The number doesnt consolidate to the one they show on UI/UX.
1.9mm (yield given) - 79.6k sILV2 + 111.7k ILV (migrate) + 92.8k (core) = 2.1mm ILV = US$230.1 mm
plus that with ILV/ETH pool US$84.5mm ... that will be more than $300mm. so thats wrong
sorry for being mathy here but as a protocol who advocates transparency, on-chain and decentralization, I find the TVL calculation and off-chain process EXTREMELY odd
If your staking deposits are LOCKED you simply can’t do that.
There is of course no guarantee that someone has not managed to make a copy of the keys that you left in your front door. But I’d think it’s better to lock the door and bring the keys inside than to leave them hanging in the lock.
It’s very transparent. Use dune analytics. I’ve a query there to give you the numbers… look in the pinned here, I’ve a dashboard, the query link is in if you want.
I’m not sure what you’re trying to calculate but for example Scoot is telling you to use “silv2 minted” but you look at etherscan current silv2 supply … when 240k silv2 have been burnt…. Or even all silv2 may not all have been claimed form silv …
No he meant what he said. The vesting rewards are only theoretical until they are withdrawn. Those ILV tokens are minted upon withdrawal. Check this transaction. It’s someone withdrawing their v1 yield.
https://etherscan.io/tx/0x0ca9e4f08ea11e3f806baed0a1ccdeab43c400917b1971aa6c4cdc3ffd82f18f
Will take a look.
whats the dune link btw? The one from Xastor?
I think lelahel also has one in this sheet #🥩〕staking message
i see
alright lemem just dig deeper thanks guys
Yeah there really is a lot going on with the ILV tokens right now.
its a little bit odd the way this is being calculated i feel. but i guess it has to do with gas optimization
How do I swap both eth and ilv to SLP? I did it in the past but I forget exactly which site and how to do it
!lp
Providing liquidity is done via an ILV/ETH Pool on SushiSwap and requires multiple steps:
- Buy ILV and ETH
- After approving the Sushi contract you stake a 50/50 value ratio of ETH and ILV
- You receive SLP tokens. (To see them, add the SLP contract address to your wallet)
- Stake the SLP tokens through the Illuvium Staking App and set your lock period.
See #🔗〕helpful-links for official links.
Provide liquidity on sushi
Kinda torn if i should be doing slp or all ilv pool at this point.. especially with the rate slp rewards dropping. What makes more sense at this point if i got 2eth to play with? Leaning towards slp but wanted to see what others were doin
What should I do with my ILV single staking and LPs staking on ETH PoW hardfork? Illuvium will live on PoS or PoW?
How can i stake my $ILV using cold wallet?
Import your cold wallet in metamask
Connect your hardware wallet using metamask hardware integration
Thank you for your help
how about v2? once someone claims their V2 yield -> the yield is vested for 12months right?
Only afterwards it moves to corepool?
Yeah same thing. All vesting rewards remain theoretical and earning until withdrawn. When withdrawn those ILV tokens are minted. Those tokens then would need to be deposited again for them to be counted on the blockchain.
BUT there won’t be any v2 yield to claim for like 7 months still. It’ll still be vesting until then. V2 contracts went live on March 31. So until then it will all be v1 yield.
This is not any real difference between the two. Just the staking contract version that the v2 contract needs to pull the data from.
NFA but right now it's not even a question that SLP will give you greater rewards over the next year than purchasing ILV and staking it possibly can. There likely won't be enough revdis at any point in the next year to beat SLP except maybe at the end of the year, but all of the SLP yield before that would give you more ILV than if you put all your money into ILV now.
Consider this:
You put 2 ETH all into ILV and stake it. Say the game releases best case scenario in 6 months. Your 15% APR earned you 0.15 ETH worth of new ILV, so now your ILV is worth ~2.15 ETH and revdis kicks in.
You put 2 ETH worth into SLP. It is half ILV and half ETH. After 6 months of earning 120% APR you have 1 ETH in SLP and between SLP/rewards your ILV portion is worth 2.2 ETH. You have more ILV in this case than in the first example so you're now earning more revdis than if you aped into ILV only, but you still have ETH in the SLP also and you're still getting the SLP yield.
Concern if you want to truly maximize:
ILV value is bleeding due to retail rewards selling, it's dropping faster than SLP rewards yield. Maximal play is to hold ETH until bleed bottoms or slows enough that SLP yield outpaces it, but that's stressful and you need to pay attention. Theoretically if the ratio bleed lasts until game release and game instantly does $200mm per month then skipping SLP and going straight to ILV just before release is maximal, but that requires assumptions and specific circumstances to happen.
TLDR:
Maximal - Hold ETH until ratio bleed stops, go into SLP
Near maximal and safe-ish - Just put in SLP now and claim every once in a while
Not good at all - Buy ILV and stake it
Horrible - Buy ILV and don't stake it
Appeciate this helps a lot
Great advice👍🏼 also I’m looking at the fact that if ILV goes up I have much less exposure to upside not buying and staking ILV rather than holding the ETH for SLP. I think this is the only negative, less downside/upside exposure with SLP
maximus: short your slp exposure in eth and ilv and gain yield
With initial ILV/ETH unlocks closing in.... Is it correct that the SLP needs to be migrated to V2 staking after the unlock if we want to continue staking?
And does it get relocked for another year? Searching for the info now in discord but if anyone has a quick link, I'd appreciate it.
yes if you never migrated to V2 staking back in March you've been losing out on yield this whole time
migrating to V2 does NOT add a new lock/vesting period. whatever it was when it was deposited that's the locking start
ohhh you're asking about the old deposits that were initially V1, no those can stay as long as they are upgraded to V2. they stay at their initial weight
Full withdrawal from V1 and re-staking on V2 is not required. Back when V2 was released, if you "upgraded" to V2, then you're pretty much set. V2 is currently reading your V1 deposits and earning rewards in V2 based on that.
good reading comprehension 👍
took me 3 tries
Once the unlock happens, you can leave your deposit there and continue to earn rewards, as Keiser was saying.
Correct. I definitely migrated but yes speaking to the V1 unlocks coming up.
Hahah I was having trouble wording the question, so Ill take part of the blame 😂
Debating if just should claim SILV2 for illuvitars... or just purchase some off the market... tough choices
No
once ILV Vesting period is complete and I can Withdraw does it still continue to earn staking rewards or should I withdraw the ILV and put it into staking manually
Once vesting period is over if you don't withdraw you will keep getting rewards with the same weight
Hi, is there a plan to support ledger wallets in the near future?
Already do i use ledger nano myself #🥩〕staking message
I mean directly connecting the ledger hardware wallet by installing bridge. Like the currently supported hardware wallet "Trezor".
Do you mean like this? https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018444599-Connecting-Ledger-Live-to-DApps-with-WalletConnect?docs=true
Probably not. Metamask hardware wallet integration works fine.
WalletConnect is an open-source protocol that allows you to securely connect mobile wallets to decentralized applications (DApps). You can use Wallet Connect to link Ledger Live to a wide range of ...
If I staked SLP and the lock period is done, do i still get rewards if i leave the slp in the deposit/vesting tab? Or do i need to take it out and re stake it?
Unlocked tokens earn until withdrawn, the earning doesn’t change when unlocked.
Superb thank you
Can we hope for juicy Illuvium NFT airdrops for early stakers here?
You mean the balancer NFT's?
May be, just free giveaways for loyal stakers
Like a unique skin or illuvitar that you cant buy
Stakers get staking rewards 😄
Come on man, need to reward your community and early believers 😉
If you staked from day 1, you easy doubled your tokens by now. I think that is a nice reward
Money is not everything, we need good flex, something others can’t get 😄
That would be the balancer NFT's you got from buying in the ICO. There have many events and give aways.
Okay, okay, l got it but please consider 😌
been awhile fam, out of the loop. Is revenue distribution from land sale complete? I never bothered to check how much to expect. Its nice getting it while the price is low. More ILv baby\
It is
jeez that was quick Fraggy even for you. Still the best mod i see, thank you
She's literally an AI.
Hey guys why liquidity pool ilv/eth pay way more than staking only ILV ?
NFA. opinion only, please do your own research. personally, i'm doing only ILV moving forward
For why? do short lock up period with the SLP and then switch to The ILV LP closer to open beta
Because the DAO needs a way to swap between ETH and ILV. People put up both ETH and ILV into the liquidity pool to allow this to work, so they are paid for this service with very high APR.
That's a good idea too that I've considered. Mostly I'm concerned that when ILV does eventually pump, I want to make sure and secure against impermanent loss. Even just a 20% spike would be frustrating and make the math not so worth it in the long run. I'm still considering the idea. Gotta run some more numbers before I feel good about it.
Anyone done any claims recently? Just tried to claim ilv rewards from single stake and LP together on one of my wallets. transaction failed and took my gas fee 😦
0xf169301acc0157206f6036946a32e78031edbe25b8474698038e705683c1e9f7
set the gas fee to fast
Okay, just making sure there wasnt any issues so i didnt just waste more gas. Thanks
They need liquid for eth/ilv thats why. Most people dont just buy ilv, they buy eth then ilv.
Hey can anyone tell me how to stake ilv tokens?
Whats the return on slp staking right now??
How do I import ILV to metamask? Its not showing up and I cant find it under import token
add the token address manually. you can find the address in #🔗〕helpful-links
It's on the site you can check it out yourself, it's around 120%
!staking
When holding ILV, staking is a way to gain additional rewards from yield farming and revenue distribution. The process for staking is the following:
- Acquire either ILV or Sushi LP tokens.
- Go to the official Staking App.
- Enter the right pool according to the tokens you acquired.
- Decide your lock duration. The longer the lock, the higher the weight.
- After approving the contract, confirm the staking of the desired tokens.
I just noticed I had revenue available. When did this start?
After Land sale
I didn’t get involved with that. Do you mind providing a date so I can have an understanding. And currently where is the revenue coming from? Perhaps it was from the land sale? Thank you
June 2nd to June 5th was the duration of the land sale, 100% of the profit was distributed to the stakers.
Then, I guess it’s fair to say that’s where all the revenue has come from so far that I was able to claim?
So far, yup!
Then the same type of thing will happen when future sales occur and also revenue from all games developed by this team
Im trying to withdraw ILV from staking but the gas fee is not calculating, and manual adjustment isnt working. Is this a known bug ?
Im wondering if its a Metamask issue ?
have you cleared cache, updated browser/Wallet, changed your browser if the issue was persistent?
Can i claim multiple unlocks same time like i can claim staking rewards?
Something weird just happened, if anybody could give me some input. So i withdrew 2 ilv, all was good and well. Then I noticed that my dashboard rewards have decreased. I went into vesting, and i have 1.09 ILV started vesting today. I did not claim those rewards, wat happen elp
I am not 100% sure but I think that you have to claim rewards when you withdraw staked ILV. And that is what probably happened here.
but it did not claim all my rewards, thats the weird part, just a part
Assuming the ILV you withdrew was a V1 deposit, you would have had to claim when you withdrew the deposit. Keep in mind that upgraded deposits (from V1 to V2) are just allowing the V2 contracts to READ the V1 deposit and assign rewards.
I'm guessing what got claimed was the rewards from your V1 deposit, and you likely still have V2 rewards pending.
ahhh interesting, ty
getting an error claiming my last vested rewards, all the other ones worked perfectly:
By claiming the vested rewards you mean withdrawing? Make sure you browser and wallet are updated, if using a cold wallet it should also be updated and Blind signing (or anything alike) is on, and also clear cache. if it was persistent, change the browser. If it still didn't get fixed, let me know
thanks Arash, yes i have tried 2 browsers and even put through the tx via contract directly and it failed. its working as normal on my other accounts, only broken with this final vested reward on one
How to know total ilv staked?
I believe you can see this on the staking website
It is in dollar value, how to know how many tokens are staked?
Math
1,881,697 ILV?
Can we expect a native app for ILV staking in a foreseeable future?
there is already a stake dapp, do you mean in a mobile one?
Yeah, not web, mobile
it's on the schedule but it's not a priority given that most of the usage is done by pc, when the game goes to mobile it should be implemented but it should take time
Thank you, good to hear its in the pipeline. Totally understand priorities here.
Will there be redivs for illuvitars?
after sale takes place
hello sers, may i ask, what happens to our LPs when the merge happens? i havent read much about the merge so im kinda anxious..
Nothing changes. Everything will continue running just the same. Just using way less electricity
Wen 12month vesting period ends do I have to claim and restake to get apy or do I continue getting apy?
Hello. Please tell me, I put Ether + ILV into staking. How will it happen now? Ether will switch to Pos, will you stake the wrong coin?
Replied in other channel ⤴️
Hi all. I’m looking to get a cold wallet. Is there any advantage it having staked ILV and SLP on a cold vs hot wallet (if it’s staked on the Illuvium protocol does it actually matter?) as soon as it unlocks sure shift it to a cold wallet. For instance I could migrate the metamask wallet to ledger now as I understand if it would make a difference
I.e if it’s staked it’s no longer In My hot or cold wallet right? It’s on Illuvium protocol
Hey when your tokens are unlocked you can withdraw, move to an MM-cold wallet and then restake if you want. Cold wallets are def safer.
So No advantage now to migrate the existing wallet to ledger (from Illuvium staking perspective)?
If it is locked (esp on V1 and then got upgraded) you can’t move anything anywhere
Unlocked tokens continue earning at the same weight. Staked tokens keep eating until withdrawn.
When does staking end?
Im sorry which channel?
I don’t even remember, he posted same question in 5 channels
Ok. Just trying to get caught up. I had the same question but everyone says don’t worry about it. Thank you
Staking is endless. Yield however ends in July 2024
Thank you. I meant yield. Do you have an opinion if it is a better option to unstake from ILV pool to go into SLP pool?
Well you are asking for Financial Advice and I can't say anything but you should always decide for yourself. SLP bears more risks and rewards compared to ILV.
Im not asking for advice, I’ll make my own choice, I just wondered if you had an opinion. Thank you for your reply.
I had a question about the staking returns...are the returns based on fees collected from transactions?
!revdis
The DAO distributes 100% of vault revenue to token holders.
Revenue distributions are claimed through the official Staking App as unlocked ILV. The vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by the main Sushi pool, which increases the token price.
I mean the daily ILV you receive from staked coins, not rev dis
you earn daily ILV and I was wondering how is that calculated
no stake yield has nothing to do with transaction fees, it was defined linearly and varies according to the number of tokens
so where is that ILV coming from?
stake tokens are created, increasing circulating supply when withdrawn
I'm still not clear...my understanding of staking is to help the network verify transactions (when you send coins from wallet to another) the sender pays a small fee for that transfer and that fee is distributed to the stakes...like when you stake ADA, thats more or less how it works...is that not how it works for ILV?
they are different transaction systems and different networks, ADA works this way because it is not PoW, and it is a network unrelated to the main net ETH, since the ILV stake runs inside the ETH Network, it is not used to confirm transactions, it's just a way to reward stakers for their trust in the token and project, it serves to stabilize the token price and provide liquidity for transactions that occur on sushiswap (LP token)
I see...so where do the ILV coins come from? I thought it was a limited amount
Yield ends in July 2024, after that no new tokens will be minted and there will only be revdis for stakers
ahhh I see thanks
The ILV you receive for yield are created, not mined, as per the rules set by the staking contracts.
I have a question, once my rewards or deposit matured, do l need to restake it to continue getting rewards or my rewards will continue on the rate of expired staking without lock being applied to it?
no need to re-stake, it continues yielding at the same weight and receiving revdis normally, it only stops receiving yield and revdis when it is withdrawn
Guys is the land sale rev dis finished?
Think so
yes you can check by vault wallet: https://etherscan.io/address/0xaa2e727ba59b4fea24d0db4e49a392fdc3e8e778#internaltx

Hey guys - I've been trying to figure out what happened to some significant ILV in an old wallet.
It looks like I put it into the ILV / Eth pool back on Oct 3rd, 2021. When I go to Sushiswap, I don't see any ILV in the pool & when I got to the Illuvium site on the staking, I don't see any ILV when linking to this wallet.
The transaction looks like the attached image & my address is 0xef79994e4bdadda67c368ce920fbe3bf3694d42a.
It's a pretty big chunk and I'm trying to figure out what happened to it. Can anybody help me?
I notice you aren't a mod - can you provide any verification & is there any reason this can't be handled publicly?
He was a scammer, don't accept his request.
I'm betting you haven't upgraded your SLP deposit to V2 yet, and possibly that's why it's not displaying.
You can check out the V2 documentation here: #📣〕announcements message
Awesome, will try this.
So if I'm understanding the V2 documentation, the V1 staking / liquidity mining amounts should be listed in the "vesting" area if they were locked into long term vesting. And you upgraded to V2 from there. It's not showing anything in the vesting ...
I've also checked Sushi to make sure I didn't have any LP tokens in the wallet.
I know I must be missing something but the transactions on my address make it look like the ILV & Eth just got munched, they entered the LP & never came out.
Where is the place to find how much SLP is worth
Things like zapper fi can give the value of each SLP token.
SushiSwap ILV/ETH LP (SLP) Token Tracker on Etherscan shows the price of the Token $1,009.5581, total supply 102,957.382898955933844582, number of holders 555 and updated information of the token. The token tracker page also shows the analytics and historical data.
It looks like you ended up selling your ILV tokens for eth. From what I could see on etherscan you never actually provided the liquidity.
Ahhhh I'm stupid, I just found it
The ethplorer was messing me up & I'm trying to finish my taxes, thank you!
I found that koinly was a service worth paying for.
I may try that one. I paid for four different ones and I've invested a ton of time into cointracking.info. The scrapers they use - basically every single service has downfalls that require manual entry. On tope of the fact that what I've done over the last few years is chaotic AF.
I just discovered this address going thru some things because I could see the entry point for buying ILV, but couldn't see the exit point (basically because the exit back from Eth to ILV was in ERC20 section & I'm dumb.)
Yeah it’s crazy times. Good luck
It's like paying protection money to the mafia but there's no protection 'cuz nobody can actually be compliant. Or I'm just really terrible at this.
So I'm still thinking on this....so who gets the .05 ilv we spend to transfer ilv
Why did the gas fees indicator get removed from the mobile version? I used to love seeing what the current gas fees were on my phone…😢
when you transfer any ERC-20 token (ILV is one of them) you pay the fee in ETH, because the transaction is done on the ETH main network, part is burned and part goes to network miners
was not removed, sometimes the bot even disappears
claimed the rev dis. that was great!
I never paid in eth...always ILV
You must be using a CEX. Different CEX have different fees to transfer crypto OUT of their wallets. You can usually find a detailed listing of the fees you're paying for transfers posted by whatever CEX you use.
Can somebody help me? By default on the staking website it comes to claim SILV2 and I wanted to claim it in ILV, can someone help me? because I already claimed and accepted the SILV2, I would like to change it for ILV which is what I really wanted, but the default web puts you SILV2, can an administrator help me? Thank you.
After you've completed a claim transaction, it can't be undone.
You could try and sell your sILV2 and buy ILV, that's an option. But no one is able to undo your claim transaction for you, there's no centralization here.
Well, I'm quite angry because all I've been waiting to receive my ILV and I didn't realize that SILV2 marks you by default.
now I have 21 SILV2 that are worth nothing.and they don't do anything for me.
It would be nice if an administrator could do something since I am warning 10 min. having screwed it up.
Nobody can change this, it's set on the blockchain and can't be changed anymore.
Yeah,. Using a cex...so if I pay them in ilv how do they pay the eth miners...the ilv transfer rate is typically less than eth gas fees by a good margin.
I have just checked this and nothing is marked as default when claiming rewards. You must have chosen silv2 by mistake.
Sorry to hear it happened to you, I know it sux but unfortunately can’t be undone. Unless you have all infinity stones.
I’m approaching the time to stake. My question to community and obviously I’m not looking for any financial advice here, but if you were in my shoes would you stake into the SLP for 6months-1year and then when it unlocks withdraw and restake into the LP pool with solely ILV.
I want to maximize APR while also capitalizing on the ingame revenue. 6months-1year for the release of the game and then switch it to the LP when the game approaches and reap the maximum revdis I can. This plan, seems, bulletproof to me. I would love people to poke holes though
Hi all - does anyone know what APY is for ILV staking pool?
14.35% and 125.02%
Thank you!
Yh
What about iron man? Can his skin defend against thanos?😂
CEX transactions do not involve blockchain, so there is only the exchange fee, only the exchange earns this fee
ouch, at this point your best options are probably either
- gamble on buying a bunch of Illuvitars with sILV2 and hoping they appreciate/are worth at least 21 ILV at some point
- sell it for ETH, convert to SLP and stake it
Interesting, so how does it transfer ? Dont you have to be on the block chain to transfer to another non cex wallet?
if you withdraw from CEX then yes you are using the blockchain but while it is on it the operations are done in the internal book and not in the blockchain
Interesting, any where I can read more about this?
put "Centralized Exchange (CEX) vs. Decentralized Exchange (DEX): What's the Difference?" on google that has a Coindesk article that goes into the details
Good Morning,
I'm pretty new to the staking. Did i get it right, there is no more APR/APY on stacked coins after 2024?
Yes, staking rewards will slowly decline at a rate of .97 per two weeks until July of 2024. At that time the staking will not give any more Yield farming rewards and will solely give you access to Revdis.
OK tyvm garf
If you stake in the slp pool you receive 115% after a year of ILV put in right?
About right.
- Fairly certain rewards are based on the SLP total value, not only the ILV.
- The % will keep changing. By default it goes down as there's less rewards to be distributed. It can also go up, I think this is tied to ILV value.
- You earn rewards continuously, not end of the year lump-sum. So once staked, the dashboard will show your ILV/day earning
Makes sense?
kind of. I think bottom line for me is if your buying ILV with the plan to hold long term, theres no reason not to stake and you may as well get best bang for buck
Hello guys, if I have questions about staking in general, should I ask them here? I cannot find a newbie channel and I really don't understand anything. Do I need to acquire Etherium to get invested in Illuvium? How would I even do that? 🙈 Do I need a wallet especially for Illuvium? Or is my wallet on Binance sufficient? Is there a marketplace for Illuvium where you can already get invested? Or is staking the only way for that at the moment? Damn I'm sorry, but everything here is just spanish for me.
There is a #796506693973311549 channel as well
haha, no that means I don't understand a word of it. I'm german. 🙈
Ok, there is also a german channel #796853287273758730
But yeah here you can ask everything related to staking and someone can respond later
Or you can also check the pinned comments in this channel
Those pinned messages raise even more questions. Whats SLP? Whats IMX? Whats IlluviDEX. Whats staking v2? What this channel needs is a dictionary. That would be really helpful.
SLP = Sushi Liquidity pool
IMX = Immutable X (Layer 2 of ETH)
Illuvidex = Marketplace of ILV
Staking V2 = New staking with improvements on gas fees (dunno what more)
Hi here is a couple of things to read about staking you may find informative NFA #🥩〕staking message
There really is no shortcut to learning. I've watched a ton of youtube videos to get into the topics you raised.
And if you feel you need to rush in order not to miss out. That's even more reason for you to just chill and learn.
Thank you!!!
I'm not looking for a shortcut. I'm looking for a deep dive.
Hi mate What happens to staking when it's a 12mth lock and the APY is down to a starting position of say 50% APY @cunning perch
Maybe you can recommend some youtube videos?
v3
Sure. Check Vetemor, Scoriox for starters. And if you get to a term you don't understand try and watch a short video explaining that. There's a great channel explaining those called Whiteboard Crypto. P.S. I'm not affiliated with any of the mentioned channels.
Great. Thanks a lot. I'll do that right now.
Don't be afraid to start with their older stuff. You need a base to build on top. This is a great start: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CnaPDb9OOc
Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for. Just some tips about where to go looking for answers. ❤️
Feel free to poke around here again. If you're having trouble on your own.
Hey, wdym exactly. I'm not understanding this question.
yeah I didn't understand your Question either 🙂
I'm guessing you're asking if the APR is variable or fixed. It's variable, so you're always getting the current APR, the APR when you made the deposit doesn't matter.
Hi guys , if we fast forward to say 6mths from now .. the APY on offer has dropped down from the 120% offered today .. down to say 50% .. you then are faced with lock for X time .. if you lock then for 12 maths .. you will be locked on 0% return at some point within that 12 mths lock ...
What is going to be offered , happen , suggested
If my vesting period has passed and I'm allowed to withdraw, do I continue to receive rewards or do I need to restake?
If your vesting period is over you can withdraw your founds but won't get anymore YF or RevDis rewards. If you leave your stakes as is you will keep earning rewards at the same weight (no need to re-stake)
Thanks. What are YF and RevDis though?
!revdis
The DAO distributes 100% of vault revenue to token holders.
Revenue distributions are claimed through the official Staking App as unlocked ILV. The vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by the main Sushi pool, which increases the token price.
YF= Yield Farming (rewards you were getting that after claiming have a 12 month vesting period)
RevDis= 👆
There will be staking yield until July 2024 so you don’t need to worry about the Apr going to 0 for a while.
Ok so it's 0%Apy in April 2024
It will be a challenge to get people to want to have a token lock from under 12mths out of that date. Token flex lock will be king
So if I understand this correctly, illuvium has a vault of coins for distribution to stakers and they release those coins every period and how much each staker gets depends on number of staked coins in the pool? Less coins staked you get more more coins staked you get less....am I right?
!revdis
The DAO distributes 100% of vault revenue to token holders.
Revenue distributions are claimed through the official Staking App as unlocked ILV. The vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by the main Sushi pool, which increases the token price.
basically yes, but technically the tokens are not in a vault, they are created when stakers claim in the stake contract, so tokens do not exist until some staker claims their yield, unlike revdis which is given to stakers by buying tokens ILV on the market with DAO profits.
And these created tokens are limited. I.e only a certain amount go out per day and one day 2024 it'll stop?
Correct. So starting at the end of June 2021, the yield farming rewards started getting distributed. There are a total of 3,000,000 tokens which are getting distributed through yield farming rewards from staking... and they are distributed and can be claimed by stakers over the course of 3 years until the end of June 2024.
Stakers can claim those tokens as ILV or sILV2 though... so the total amount of ILV tokens in circulation once the yield farming rewards have stopped cannot be confirmed yet. It would be somewhere between 7 million and 10 million though, depending on how many sILV2 tokens are claimed as rewards instead of ILV.
Possibly, yeah, but you're not accounting for revenue distribution. The amount you get there also depends on the lock period. That's gonna be relevant once the game is available
Thank you very much
I staked 6 ILV last month, I have some rewards 0.17 ILV I guess
this ILV, if claimed today, is just unlocked in 365 days too? that means if I wait 1 year to unlock them, I will have to wait another extra year to really have them in my wallet?
The 12 months vesting period will begin once you claim the ILV rewards.
So if you claimed 0.17 ILV rewards today, they will vest in the ILV pool for 12 months (locked) and then you will be able to withdraw the 0.17 ILV to your wallet on August 15 2023 🙂
So will claiming mean that they won’t generate revdis after the vesting period ends?
During the 12 month vesting phase, you'll earn the APY of the ILV pool as well as RevDis.
After the 12 months completes and your tokens are unlocked, you will continue to earn the APY of the ILV pool and RevDis as long as you keep the tokens staked there. If you withdraw your tokens, you will no longer be earning the rewards and you need to stake them again to get rewards 🙂
Understood. I just had to put claiming and withdrawing in the right boxes in my head thx
No problem!
Understand RevDis
Just wondering if they will start a new or second SLP pool ⭐
No more tokens are currently allocated for yield farm after the existing 3M tokens are distributed.
Hi Blickter how are you mate 👍🏻
Understand the 3M , just wondering how it will play out
For stack i have got a minimum amount or not?
If another SLP pool were started, the tokens for it would have to come from somewhere. My perspective is that the SLP and ILV YF rewards are just to incentivize people to get involved with ILV and provide liquidity until revdis starts. There likely isn't much need for additional yield after 3 years. It might be the case that additional incentive for liquidity providers is needed, but there's probably a solution that can be found without additional yield being needed.
No minimum is required, but you do pay gas fees to stake, so there is kind of a "minimum that's worthwhile" if that makes sense.
ok thank
What’s a good place to stake your tokens
!staking Just go to the official website via #🔗〕helpful-links and use the staking tab.
Anybody have issues claiming revdis? Have tried several times not going thru
does an error appear?
have you cleared cache and cookies? normally it's a problem with the browser/MM
Ok roger that try now thanks
Hmmm not working, sent transactions from 2 different staking protocols and worked totally fine, just not working with Illuvium. Is Illuvium not working with chrome anymore?
It’s def working with chrome
Probably a trezor issue
Roger that, weird as working with all other apps. Whatever try again tmrw.
Tried clearing cache and cookies?
I can make us a private thread if you want trouble shoot more
Yeah did all that everything updated and good on the browser end. Thanks Rich I have had enough for tonight ahaha. I’ll try in the morning. I’ll update here if I got it working or not.
You guys would enjoy Scoriox's video's on Youtube. Just search "Scoriox Illuvium" on Youtube and every question you could have about staking he explains with spreadsheets.
@zealous hamlet @hot lynx @icy perch
Hi if the 3M tokens are fully distributed in June 2024, what will be the benefit of staking for 12 months?
No stake = nothing distributed to you.
I mean what will be the difference/benefit by staking for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months when yield farming is done? Do I get more revdis if I stake for 12 months?
Staking weight still matters for revdis.
FUCK
So for example the revdis is $10/ILV. I will get $20 per token if I'm staked for 12 months?
Someone staked at 2.0 weight would get twice as much as someone staked in the same pool at 1.0 weight.
Thanks for the help. Really appreciate it.
Nobody else having issues claiming rewards or revdis?
it worked fine when i did it last week
It’s definitely something with Illuvium site everything else works fine
Fucking annoyed
I just jumped on to say thanks for allowing multiple select when withdrawing rewards kek. Everything running smooth, I've been withdrawing and relocking everything anyway.
I claimed rewards yesterday and it worked fine. I'm using Metamask though. Haven't tried revdis as mine aren't enough yet to make it worth it.
Hmmm well something is fucked for mine, and it’s only interacting with Illuvium staking. Everything works fine makes 0 sense.
Ledger or Metamask pure?
Trezor
Remove and Re-Add to Metamask, Ledger used to be buggy as fuck had to do it so many times.
Try Edge, it always works when Brave fails for me. You've probably done all this basic stuff though, you know what ur doing.
Tried that! Good idea tho. It works sending straight from meta but not when interacting with Illuvium
Fucking annoyed I’ll try again tmrw. Thanks for the help bro.

a quick hello to the community 👋🏼
Hello
Hi all - some advice please - My ILV/ETH pool stake unlock in a month or so - this was a v1 stake, and there are several ILV pool stakes unlocking soon afterwards that were also v1 stakes (All obviously upgraded to v2 when it needed to be done). I am not wanting to unstake - I want to leave everything staked as is - but I seem to remember something about needing to unstake and restake because it was an upgraded v1 stake. Can anyone refresh my memory and tell me one way or the other?
Look up the v2 materials in pins. But afaik, you can leave it as is and continue receiving yield on the now(future) unlocked deposits at the original weight.
Subscribed a year ago
Just doubled down, put $10k in slp for a year!! I have my original stake unlocking in ten days!! So worse case I can always cash/sell out if needed!! Anyone else Ape-ing in?Again?😂😉
Yep, I'm re-locking too by choice.
I was DCA-int for a while and finally last week managed to double my initial SLP stake.
You hate the locks during the bear, you love them during the bull 😉
I will be taking out my initial stakes which will start to unlock by next month and restake them in a new cold wallet because my initial one is a hot wallet and I want to be better safe than sorry
Wow. I'm doing absolutely the same. Sadly we'll have to relock, but safety is much more important.
Well, I will stay staked until the end of farming anyway, so that doesnt matter that much to me. Luckily the gas fees are pretty low now compared to when I had to pay like 100$ to stake
Yeah. Those fees were bad. Will you be moving all your claims 1 by 1?
I'm wondering if it will make sense maybe to wait a bit about those. Maybe we'll get a multiple claim function.
I thought multiple claim is already possible for unlocked? But I planned to focus on SLP stakes first
Yep used multi today works well.
Oh. This is awesome. So I'll be able to aggregate smaller portions.
Hello everyone, when you claim your rewards, you choose SILV or ILV ? what is the correct price for the gas fee ?10 dollars ?
Hey Olive! The gas fee isn't a set amount-- it will always vary depending on how many people are processing transactions on the ETH network at that time.
You could press the button to claim which will then show you an estimated Gas Fee in your wallet popup. If you don't want to process the transaction, you can just decline it
I've been setting my gas fee around 4-5 gwei so I've been paying around $2-$3 to claim my rewards. For sure you want to pay as little gas a possible otherwise it lowers your ROI on the rewards.
If you set your transaction at 4-6 gwei it will eventually fulfil the order. You shouldn't be in any rush as no use for silv2 right now.
Up to you though
Does RevDis rewards automatically participate in YF and/or further RevDis, or do they have to be claimed and staked first?
You have to claim and stake them (make sure it's worth the gas)
Cool, thanks!
A ok, so I can settings my gas fee with only 4 5 gwei, thank you
Yes, this is suggested. No need to overpay on gas since the claim isn't time sensitive. Good luck!
is there a way to change wallets of staked ilv?
Not if the tokens were initially staked on V1
if we withdraw from the slp pool first, will the revdis and staking reward be lost? or can it be claimed later?
can be claimed later without problem
thank you
Can I ask. So will you link your cold wallet (ledger or trezor?) to a MetaMask wallet and stake through that? I’ve been wondering myself if I would be better of leaving the hot wallet (with hw connected) to only use for buying stuff etc
Yes. I am connecting a ledger to MetaMask where I have created the 24 word seed phrase on the ledger before and stake through that
Excellent, thank you
Starting off with a hardware device, creating a wallet on there and linking it to Metamask definitely is safer than staking on a hot wallet.
Earlier this year there were issues where a Hot-wallet's seedphrase could be taken once there was access to your computer in some way. Either through a link or a site. So even with small mistakes you can lose your entire stake. A hardware wallet can save you from a bunch of those issues, as long as you dont just give away your seedphrase or download a bunch of virusses that can mess with your metamask :)
Remember that you will have to be safe for a year with the entire stake and a lot can happen on the internet. So better be safe than sorry :)
That’s the plan. Unfortunately I didn’t know about all this before when I started staking a year ago
You didnt lose it right?
Makes sense. Would it be even better to separate you cold wallet address from this staking , and creating a new ETH wallet on my ledger and have that one only linked to MM for staking?
No, so far nothing happened. Hopefully it will stay like that and I am just taking precautionary measures
If you have enough value on one wallet then using multiple hardware wallets (whether that is multiple wallets on a single ledger, or multiple ledgers with individual wallets) is never a bad idea 👍
Its like using multiple banks when you have a sizable amount of money, and in this case your money is a bit less secure than in a bank so your risk could be bigger 👀
Alright, I’ll def look into that. Thanks for the help
Hi guys,
I wonder what happens to the eth/ilv stake in the slp pool after the eth merge. Will it be affected? My naive thought is that there will be an old and a new eth token after the merge, but the slp stake was created with the old eth token (the token before the merge) which will probably crash in price after the merge. And by the time the 12 month lock phase is over all ilv will be converted to old_eth which will be worthless by that time.
I hope there is a flaw in my thought process 🤷♂️, but it worries me a bit 🤷♂️
As far as I know it would be unaffected but will work on getting an official statement sent out since I’m sure you’re not the only one wondering
There’s nothing to do. It’s just business as usual. #800565636178771988 message
Cool that’s what I figured, still maybe helpful for an official statement from us
Yeah
Thanks a lot, now I can sleep well 😴
Wait is my twitter post to ethereum.org not official enough?
Honestly I didn’t see the tweet
Just the screenshot
How was I not following you on tweeter
Fixed both things
Because I so rarely use it
just wondering what the ROI will be on the ILV token. is $2 per token per week realistic?
does anyone know how to cash out the old slp tokens? i can't seem to get on or find v1 on unisway
Hey guys!
The liquidity pool is on sushi, not uni. Also what do you mean 'old slp'?
Staking site seems broken
What seems broken about it? Working fine here
Shows no SLP for me in V1 after my part claim on unlock today
Looks like a cloud outage as it's just come back up after 5 mins
Glad it's solved 🙂
Always a touchy situation when you have two staked wallets . One in V1 and one in V2 and you unlock and move as I did today. On some of it
Then you get a refresh issue and ya ... Ye .. all good 🤣
Good Gwei rn. 🥊
Hey guys what's up
Hello
Is staking available? I have been really interested in this project from a gaming point of view, but I am interested in more now.
Yes ser staking is available
Awesome thank you. I was thinking it was only at certain times.
There was a bit of a pause in Staking while the team transitioned from the V1 contracts to V2... but you're good to go now.
Yield farming rewards and revenue distributions will continue through June 2024 and then after that point, it will just be the Revenue Distributions ⤵️
The DAO distributes 100% of vault revenue to token holders.
Revenue distributions are claimed through the official Staking App as unlocked ILV. The vault converts ETH spent in-game into ILV by the main Sushi pool, which increases the token price.
Does anyone know how our ILV and SLP stakes will be affected by the eth merge?
No affect
great to hear, so the staking dapp will continue on as usual?
hey! i'm stoked for getting my jersey!!!! can't wait!
are you getting any illuvitars?
Me as well
Of course
are you going to the game? i haven't been into rugby but i'm cool with finding new things to enjoy!
i think this genesis collection will be something special!
Negative I don’t live close enough
ahhahah same here man.. maybe they will stream it online
I should know the answer to this but don't - If i don't withdraw staked SLP tokens, they will continue to accumulate until i do, right?
Yup! As long as they are staked, whether locked or unlocked, they will continue to earn rewards at the token weight you initially set when you staked the SLP 🙂
So to avoid impermanent loss, I can withdraw when I want?
Not necessarily "avoid" it... but yeah, that all depends on when you withdraw.
You can wait to withdraw until the token prices are up and at prices that look favorable to you!
NFA. My opinion is, get ILV out of rewards, and buy sILV2 if you need it.
thanks
getting an error message when attempting to withdraw ILV from staking
