It is the only reliable way we can ban these scammers as they just change their server name after joining.

If you don't have that option when right clicking a name in chat...

open user settings(gear icon in bottom left) -> advanced -> enable 'Developer Mode'

now you should be able to right click -> copy ID

ON MOBILE:

tap your profile icon in bottom right of the app from app home screen -> APPEARANCE (iOS) or BEHAVIOR (android)-> developer mode ON
then tap and hold on their user name -> scroll down -> copy id

I suggest we should have a separate room where you could speak to a white hat hacker approved by illuvium team and explain how you got hacked. Maybe that white hat hacker could help based on how you got hacked. I was scammed a few days ago too. I had to look up websites and spent several hours researching how the scammer could be closed out of my MM. have found a few things but still not sure if it’s legit and can trust them. Have I got another option? No. I would still give it a chance maybe…. I know deep in my heart that it was my fault and I can not expect anyone to pay for my loss because I was inattention. Now I have learned all DM= scam. But not everyone knows and anyone can fall for this. So my idea would be to have a few white hat hacker ready to help those who got scammed.

That's a scam they run against people who have been scammed. Because they know if you were gullible enough to be scammed once, the chance they can scam you again is highly likely. Right click(PC)/tap and hold(mobile) the scammer's name and click 'copy ID' then paste it here.

It is the only reliable way we can ban these scammers as they just change their server name after joining.

If you don't have that option when right clicking a name in chat...

now you should be able to right click -> copy ID
