Currently, if I were a seed investor, planning to sell a % of my unlock for profits, and planned to restake the rest again. With the proposed forge, why stake the rest when I can sell 100% of my unlocked tokens on the open market, and buy back through the forge at a discounted price? Also taking advantage of selling a portion of my locked ilv through the forge to new buyers at a discount. Effectively the seed investors benefit by selling during unlocked periods, and buy part of their own ilv again at a discount. All the while causing a serious sell wall on the open market.🤔

There is no way to know currently. I personally feel if you are on the Crystals in Crystal Shores. On the water in Halcyon Sea, On the Mountain Peak in Shardbluff...Etc.. May or may not have an advantage than not? I think any plot without adjacent neighbors is solid too.

I like plots that are right on the boarder of the adjacent region too 🤷‍♂️

ur best bet is to create a megacity ( plots of land next to eachother 2x2 or 3x3 with at least one tier 3 in it to use its 3x multiplier in all plots) ... and best way to find them is tokentrove ... just zoom in the land and itll show all lands that are for sale

I am attached to enough projects to know that the dumping is prob retail unlocks and not seed or team who were pretty vetted out on this project. I'm sure some seed will sell and maybe I have a forced liquidity situation or get hit with a big tax bill who knows. But retail tends to be more paperhanded than seed at a massively misweighted ratio. There will be 5% of seed prob who are paperhanded or need money, there will be a far higher % of retail. I don't need to do on chain sleuthing to confirm that.. I've basically done that the past 2 years in this industry and rarely saw anything else and the ILV team is too strong imo to expect its coming from them.

Think of it this way.. its a win win. If people are out of work and there truly is a recession, they'll prob try out P2E like the explosion of Defi after Covid in March 2020. So then Illuvium gains users. If it isn't a recession (it is) then on risk assets explode anyway. So either its an easy on board funnel and we do fine long term or its back to WAGMI and we do fine anyway. Your time horizon is really the only way you lose. I could see crypto degrade from here due to macro but when everyone is broke.. yeah I mean they play more video games. I haven't played a ton of video games since summer of 2020 because I was busy making money. If we see Goblin Town.. at some point there isn't much else to do.
