In Total Annihilation there was this unit called the PeeWee. And in competitive people used to just PeeWee rush. I made a tower that had incredibly low HP, but high enough regen that peewees couldn't overwhelm it. It was expensive, so you had to try to scout your opponent. It was one of about 30 units I made. It was one of my first times doing game design for a video game. I would love to make an RTS.

I'm wondering if I should try to sell my 10 Axies in Axie Infinity and invest that money into $ILV as well as long as it still stays around $50 🤔 My problem is, that even with XYZ staking I'm not getting ~700$ a month worth of return out of it, I think. Doing the Axie daily gives 50 SLP and quickly farming to the 100 SLP daily cap via adventures makes for 4.500 SLP a month right now without too much effort. With a selling price of 0.15$ that seems quite easy to count on that makes ~$700+ a month.

Nah, if I had fun I would put more effort into PVP outside of the five wins for the daily quest. Then I could easily make a lot more SLPs every day. But the 1-2 hours for the current payout are so easy to do so I'm somehow hesitant to give up on it, but who knows how much ROI I could get via 50 more $ILV or so. Probably not gonna invest the time into Axie dailies anyway when ILV hits the floor. Especially since I want to give Guild of Guardians a try as well next year.

I mean, if you're looking for a reason to get out this is it. You're working 1-2 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is a part time job doing something you aren't enjoying. Yes it's "easy" money, but it still is a time sink for pocket money. When I had that realisation I sold my axies and moved on

True, but getting to the 100 SLP in adventure was a bit difficult with the regular 5 energy every 6 hours and a cap of only 20. But I like the reasoning. Gonna try and sell 7 right away 😄 Worst case is I don't reach exactly 100 SLP every day, but that doesn't make it 0 either. Probably always still gonna get $400-500 worth a month. Also, when those 7 actually are gone, it might be easier to let the last three go 😄

Paying money in the game is like a very immersive way to open packs. There will also be a limited supply of the illuvials so after awhile as they release more illuvials you won’t be able to find the older ones anymore. So the only way will be on the marketplace. So any money you put in has the money to make you money at some point depending on the games success.

Most people here have bought ILV as an investment, spending money in the game will be a type of investment as well. But we won’t know how the marketplace shakes it out until the game goes live.

Well like using uniswap generally takes more gas than just transferring ETH between wallets. Same with staking etc.

And then yeah, if you claim those XYZ rewards, you can then stake the XYZ in their DAO yield farming pool to then earn more XYZ.
Keep in mind, you need to pay a gas fee each time you stake/claim something (whether it's ILV or XYZ).

Yeah lol I cut them up small. Put them on like low medium heat until they get a little light. Once you can smash them a bit I turn the heat up to 6-7 so a bit over medium and crisp them up

Then I put them on the eggs when the eggs are almost done and they finish cooking

Usually start potatoes 10-15 befor the eggs but I don’t keep track so that’s a guess
